The rooms are pretty standard but clean. The only issue I had was with the cleaning service. They don’t come everyday and you have to reserve it 24 hours in advance. Although I had done this they still didn’t come. One day I was suspicious of seeing a couch beetle on my bed. Not sure if it was one. Facilities are okay. It’s pretty standard and doesn’t ruin the experience if you don’t intend to spend your time lounging in the room.

Mar 31, 2025 · Rosana EatsWe enjoyed our stay at the Tillary Hotel. It’s a good location for us as we visit our son in Brooklyn Heights. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We got excellent coffee and pastries in the coffee bar in the morning. Easy check in and check out. The best part was a staff member: Andre! Andre welcomed at the front desk, remembered us the next morning and asked our visit with our grandchildren was going so far!! He was friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you Andre!
Mar 16, 2025 · Stephanie WolosRoom was clean and service good. However I really do not appreciate the “facility fee” that they tack onto the bill when you register at the hotel. This fee should be part of the room rate advertised. Also try not to get a room facing the street if you want a good night’s rest.
Apr 06, 2025 · Mike MckenzieThe room was nice and the location was optimal, but something was causing the hotel to rumble every night. I don't know if it was the trucks moving through the city but I could feel tremors while I slept. I also felt like the front desk folks could have been friendlier. The two or three times I had to talk to them, I felt like they couldn't be bothered. I wasn't asked if I wanted a local guidebook when I checked in, or if I had a car. I wasn't asked where I was traveling from, or if my stay was okay. I thought it was odd. That said, I got what I needed which was a good room in a favorable location.
Mar 14, 2025 · Stena Camilus1st night here.. room is not clean, wash cloths had.holes, air conditioning doesn't work, called.amd no one ever showed up to fix it. Oh and the front desk staff a serious joke, its like a bunch of kids are hired that never had a real job, disrespectful and act bothered when you ask questions.. the lobby is dumpy and all online pics are a lie.. oh and they tell you that the bar upstairs is open until 10.. they close early on a whim.. can't find ice so why provide an ice bucket. Honestly the worst hotel.. im scared I will go home and find there are bed bugs! Get it together Tillary
