The Osprey restaurant was a highlight, serving incredible food that made the experience even better. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, adding to the overall warmth of the stay. I didn’t get the chance to check out the rooftop, but everything else was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Mar 04, 2025 · FoodloverVery friendly staff, you feel taken care of. Room are rustic, New York style, have unique style, and not very big. Views are fantastic! And some rooms you can open the winow which are floor to ceiling to have a nice outdoor feel. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor and rooftop bar.

I got checked in early and was able to get a quick nap after my red eye flight. The room was a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Both my dog and I enjoyed the view from our cozy bed. Will say, it is not a large room like the standard rooms at the 1 hotel South Beach but still spacious enough. On to the amenities, the cafe, restaurant, bar and rooftop were top notch. You get what you pay for indeed, which is why I always enjoy my 1 hotels stays. The staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a memorable stay. This hotel franchise is the best I’ve experienced. I look forward to visiting other locations and coming back here on my next trip to the City.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Vanessa from the front desk (morning shift)—she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process seamless. Her warm demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. On the night shift, Saki was just as amazing, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless! Housekeeping and room service were top-notch, keeping everything immaculate and ensuring a comfortable, luxurious experience. The attention to detail was evident, making my stay feel extra special. Additionally, the valet parking team was incredibly patient and attentive. They handled everything with efficiency and care, making the arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I can’t recommend 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge enough. The combination of exceptional staff, pristine accommodations, and outstanding service makes it a true gem. I’ll definitely be returning!

The lobby is filled with a great aroma that matches the ambience. They have a spa downstairs. I didn't get to enjoy it this trip. The views of the Brooklyn Bridge at night are very captivating. The location puts you near good restaurants and activities.
