Dec 13, 2024 · PatricI had an amazing stay here! I was by myself for a month and already knew the city, but it's a great location to explore from. I felt super safe (as a 20-something woman) and the staff was the kindest and super helpful. I'm very happy I chose this place and hope to return next year! I had a private bathroom which was very nice and clean and my room got cleaned weekly. I got an air mattress for someone who came to visit for a few days and the staff got me everything I needed for that bed and even changed those sheets as well.

Ignacio, the manager, and his team were always attentive and made my stay as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend this building. Great area.

Hotel 99 were so accommodating. The room were like new. Fresh linens towels as well as cleaned weekly by a service at no additional charge. The building was safe and always had someone at the door which made me feel better. The manager was incredible. Really helpful and accommodating with our additional needs. If you are in NYC and looking for a month to month stay this is the best place.

The staff is so nice and helpful, the room is professionally cleaned every week, you get access to a laundry and dryer unit, and the location is fantastic! Hotel 99 is close to the 123 subway, CVS, markets, grocery stores, and more. I loved my stay at Hotel 99 and highly recommend it to anyone else!
