Room was small but perfect for what was needed, a base for exploring the city and a really comfortable bed to relax in at the end of a long days sightseeing. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to store our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would 100% use again, thanks for a great stay Riverside Hotel.

There was hot water and the bed was comfortable - I slept very well every night. The view on the river was also very pretty! In terms of value for money, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It’s close to Central Park which I love and there is a subway station very close by that takes you everywhere. While the room I stayed in was quite small, it is perfect for me as a solo traveler and I didn’t feel like I was in need of more space. The staff is genuinely very kind and sweet. Especially Nadine (if I remember her name correctly)! They are helpful and flexible when it comes to checking in and out. I highly recommend this hotel if you are a solo traveler like me! I am leaving tomorrow but I wanted to write a review in advance because I love this hotel so much :)
Aug 30, 2024 · NoahThe room was very small but well fitted out and looked modern. Unfortunately you can tell that the building was not built to be a hotel because the Soundproofing is horrible. I slept very badly on both nights because of the noise coming from other rooms. The people at the reception were great. The main reason why I am giving such a low mark is because of the ridiculous price. For a tiny single room I paid $218 a night. That is not bad value for money that is abysmal value for money. Nothing can justify that.
