The room was almost clean. I had to ask to vacuum the carpet again, and they did, and it feels much better now. Everything else besides that is fine is nice and clean. Smells fine. Very good price of a hotel in Upper West Side of New York City. Seems like they're willing to do a good job to make you happy and satisfied. I'm recommending.

Mar 17, 2025 · אייל גזונדהייטThis is a great hotel if you want something no frills that’s easy to get around from (it’s next to an express subway stop), but it’s much cheaper that what you’d pay in midtown. They’ve been updating rooms and it shows little by little, but it’s definitely no where near “fancy”. One request for the owners: please upgrade the pillows. They are insanely flat and I woke up every day of my trip w a sore neck and back.

The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
Feb 20, 2025 · Ann Marie*Price: great for NYC and for what it is.. $150 a night *Location: the metro stop is right at the corner.. one minute walk *Rooms: can be better.. they are big.. a bit old.. not super clean.. but I guess that's NYC in general *Service: good service and nice staff I've been to worse hotels in NYC with better reviews.. I don't know how! This one exceeded my expectations.. I'd go back..

When I saw that there was an actual phone on the wall I was so excited. Unfortunately, it didn't work as there was no dial time. However, really cool nonetheless. Long story short, for this hotels prime location and the great prices- what do you want? It's comfy, and cozy. The room could have more items in it. It did feel kind of empty. Anyway, I liked it. The bathroom was nice.
