The Wallace

This is a gem on the west side of Manhattan! Ultra safe area super quiet at night, which is crazy especially in New York. The guest services are super knowledgeable. Happy and excited to answer your questions. I stayed here for my wife’s birthday. We had a great experience. There’s a lot of restaurants spread out over different areas and we got to sit in the lounge and watch some woman and a piano player put on a show that was spectacular. The gym was gorgeous, even though I didn’t work out on my mini vacation and the rooftop was breathtaking in the mornings while I was drinking the complementary Nespresso coffee from the room! The custom-made sign behind the front desk is a rare piece of artwork that is choreographed to tell time and change into different words and shapes. It was super impressive. I will definitely be coming back every year from my wife’s birthday 🎂 ! It’s especially hard to keep a woman happy, but this will definitely do the trick

I stayed at The Wallace for three nights. The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to the bus and a short walk to the subway. When I arrived early, my room was already ready! This was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in while visiting New York. Everything was designed efficiently and beautifully. The front desk provided me with a list of nearby restaurants(Maison Pickle was great!). Each staff member I came in contact with was nice and helpful. I will stay here again when in New York.

We needed a larger room and stayed in 601 , it was absolutely the best choice we made if you have several people to accommodate. It has a large pleasant sitting area which doubles to sleep on the large couch. Right across from gorgeous brownstones & lots of quality sightseeing,shops & amenities , wanted to stay longer than our one day so we will try be back for the Beacon theatre show in June . The Dakota is nearby ,growing up in the eighties I loved John Lennon and it is still surreal his home is literally around the corner a bit..just google the area and you’ll see it’s really got a lot to walk to!!

Immaculate hotel and service! We stayed at The Wallace for five nights at the start of the new year. The hotel is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaners did a fabulous job every day with our room inc fresh towels etc every day. We, a family of four from the UK, had a suite which was perfect for us - lots of space with a huge L shaped couch. Huge TVs in the lounge and bedroom. Classy design and decor. Bathroom was lovely with a huge shower which had great water pressure 😂 this was important for my wife and daughter washing their hair. The area was great for us, close enough to the subway. Lots of great places to eat and drink within walking distance, from lovely restaurants to diners and everything else in between. Would love to stay there again.

Unequivocally, the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I’ve traveled all over the world throughout my life both for work and personal, and I’ve stayed at many hotels. There are none that are as tremendous as The Wallace. The Wallace is a brand new hotel, centrally located on the Upper West Side. Every single architectural inch of the hotel was so well thought out and curated. From the moment you walk in, the beauty and detail of the hotel, in combination with the 5 Star customer service you receive from the instant you walk in, and the overall incredible smell and cleanliness, immediately create an enjoyable experience. We were immediately greeted and couldn’t believe how gorgeous and immaculate our hotel room was when we walked up - everything is in pristine condition, and it was the best smelling hotel and hotel floor and room I’ve ever been in, hands down. Super comfortable robes and slippers, nespresso machine, refrigerator with water and snacks, extremely comfortable and firm beds, and a gorgeous and relaxing shower in the bathroom. In the evening, there is a stunning fireplace complimented by velvet contemporary furniture and a stunning sleek bar and music. The rates are a steal for what they offer, and I’m sure once people catch onto how amazing this hotel is, they’ll go up. Best value, best hotel, 5 stars+ in every facet. Well done, Wallace Hotel. You have a guest for life and I will be recommending to any and all friends of mine when they visit NYC. Love this place!!!
