Everything about this stay was disappointing. We arrived around 12 a.m. after a long day of travel. I went to take a shower shortly after checking in and immediately noticed hair stuck to the bathtub — clearly not cleaned properly, which was very unpleasant. Then, I saw a huge flying bug in the room, roughly the size of my thumb. I called the front desk to report both the dirty tub and the bug. I asked if they had any bug spray or could send someone up, but the staff member said no — and that either I would have to kill it or he would. I was shocked by how unhelpful and dismissive he was. If I could handle it myself, I wouldn’t have called in the first place. He said he’d come up soon, but didn’t show up until 2 a.m. — nearly two hours later. When he finally arrived, he brushed it off by saying, “It’s just a fly,” which it definitely wasn’t. Regarding the dirty tub, he said housekeeping would take care of it the next day. However, when the room was “cleaned,” the hair was still there. Also, the room didn’t even have a hairdryer — a basic amenity I expect at a Hyatt. I’ve stayed with Hyatt many times and have always had positive experiences, but this was by far the worst. The room was dirty, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent, and there was no sense of accountability. It felt like they simply didn’t care. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Really well managed hotel. Everyone at the front desk were brilliant. Hotel is a bit older but well managed. Rooms very large and roomy. If I have to point out one minor opportunity would be the older gentleman who runs the breakfast buffet. He was not very friendly nor helpful. Everyone else seems to just work around him and among such a great staff team, he really sticks out as a sore spot.

Booked this room for a show at MGM Fenway to save some money, as most hotels in the city were over $100 more a night. It wasn't too bad getting out of the city. Getting into the city was hit or miss. It could take 20 minutes, it could take an hour. The room was great for what we paid for. The only downside I have to the hotel, is that I was trying to avoid extra costs on the room and ended up spending that difference in parking through the city. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is across the street from a decent size mall with plenty to do. There's a seafood restaurant pretty much attached to the hotel with a small strip plaza of a bunch of chains. I would recommend staying here and taking the T downtown do to whatever your heart desires

Sherayna was easy to follow and very professional. However this was the best customer service I’ve experienced in the last 5 years. Impeccable person and wonderful experience overall. She made my stay very pleasant. I absolutely enjoyed the Hyatt world class stay but Sherayna made everything that much better. Thank you.
