I've stayed here a couple of times now on business trips. I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the facility and the people who work there. They are always friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is nice and much better than the normal cereal and danish that you get at some places. The location is very convenient. I plan on continuing to stay here every time I travel to Boston.

Convenient to many locations. Friendly staff. Efficient and decently laid out rooms. Shower was a little odd - glass walled alcove with no curtain/door - easily manageable but felt weird. Varied breakfast with lots of options for different dietary needs. Eclectic and memorable decor. One of my party thought the traffic noise on the highway facing rooms was a bit loud but I wasn't bothered.

After a horrible accident at my husband’s work, he was temporarily in a wheelchair so we couldn’t get up the steps to go home. This hotel was a safe haven to us for 2.5 months while he recovered. We were in handicap room 501 and it was wonderful. It felt more like a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, full sofa, table, and desk. Roll in shower with a nice bench to sit on, room was spacious enough to roll around in. Housekeeping is great they come every day and did a great job. The breakfasts had everything you could think of: fresh eggs daily, fresh fruit daily, waffle makers, gluten free bread, so good we never got tired of eating there. The front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, and encouraging to us during our whole stay. The washer/dryers are great and much appreciated. We tried staying at a couple other hotels (some close to this one) before this hotel and they were horrible for our situation and honestly just in general, and this hotel was even cheaper to stay in! I truly don’t know what/where we would have gone without this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and encouragement we are forever thankful.

The management at this location is horrible. As someone who has worked in customer service / hospitality for years this is completely unacceptable. While I understand there are policies in place, it is also not the fault of the customer that hotel amenities are not up to standard for guest to use. My sister reserved a room here and then called to ensure she would be able to utilize the pool for the night she was staying when she was told the water heater was broken. Of course she canceled her reservation and booked at a different location where the pool was good to go. Needless to say we did not expect for her to be charged a full nights stay when she never even checked in and canceled about 20 minutes after reserving. Again while I do understand cancellation policies are in place, that doesn’t negate the fact that management could have made an exception being that they are the ones who have amenities posted online that are not available. If this is ever the case the correct thing to do is to make sure there is some type of postage online indicating what is or isn’t available at the time so people can make their choices accordingly. Instead my sister was charged and financially burdened because management refuses to take accountability on their end and issue a refund. For anyone who might think to book here in hopes to use certain amenities I highly suggest calling before reserving as they will not take responsibility for their failure to provide proper notice. Truthfully I hope my sisters situation can be handled as our entire family are loyal customers of this franchise however with the lack of accountability and the going back and forth in comments instead of doing their job and remedying the situation not only unacceptable but just unprofessional. My sister now sadly has to take time out of work to go to small claims

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were perfect, my grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was excellent. The fire pit area looked so good. We will definitely stay here again
