The hotel is currently under renovation so I couldn’t give it a higher rating than three stars. The rooms were a bit small but served its purpose. The bathroom shower really needs to be renovated. The service is great and they were accommodating with our concerns. The location is excellent. Requested a ride to the airport proved to be very helpful.

Feb 06, 2025 · Kai’ulaPros: good room size, good location, good 24hr gym Cons: I stayed for 12 nights and house keeping was just not up to par. Seems like they causally cleaned. My body wash bottle was left broken for 11 nights (I left cap off to communicate to staff), did not replace glasses even though it was covered in toothpaste). - currently renovations so no roof access - last two nights they have some machines on that created a low rumbling noise. Hopefully post renovations they step up the service

The room service was both efficient and attentive, and the dining establishment downstairs was exceptional. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. A particularly touching gesture was the gentleman who opened the doors for me, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. I extend my sincere gratitude for a memorable stay. 😊😊😊

Convenient valet parking, well appointed rooms and the mindful and caring staff made us feel welcomed. We forgot some items in our room after checking out and Front Desk Host, Joshua Caballes, made sure to recover them and ship them back to us. That attention to detail and going the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Well done Hyatt Union Square! We look forward to being your guests again.
Feb 19, 2025 · Richard HornbergerBeen a Hyatt loyalist for over 10 years now. We stayed here a few years ago and felt the room was great then. I wish I had known about the renovation. It is quite a wonky setup and makes us feel like we’re in a construction zone getting to our room. To get to the bar/restaurant one has to take the elevator to the bottom level where the fitness center is and walk up one flight. The room was very very small. In spite of a mini bar menu there was no mini bar in the room. We were told it was under the coffee maker but that was just an empty open space. the internet went down several times during the first check in day. Someone was sent up fairly promptly but did not understand what was happening and gave us the employee internet logon. As this was a special celebration evening I sincerely regret making the choice to stay here..
