Overall, the floors seem to have never been thoroughly mopped. I had to mop the floor four times before all the dirt was off the floor. They placed me in a handicap room, but there were no accessible non handicap parking spots convenient for me hence I have 2 year-old triplets. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The room had a funny smell like possible mold. My sinuses jacked up. Other than that it was okay. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is a decent size. I like the shelves and storage space in the closet. The WiFi had great speed. They don’t give you a broom or dust pan, so you have to figure out how to sweep. They only give you one towel and two wash clothes and absolutely no utensils for kitchen.

I also want to say 5 stars on the Property Attendant Beth she is always professional has a smile on her face and is always trying to make sure my stay is safe she's also very attentive and trying to make your stay as good as possible. Loud neighbors, lot of aggressive dogs, shady activity with staff involved, broken appliances when you move in, while staff do absolutely nothing but stand around and chat they don't clean or fix anything. They request you leave your room for 8 hours but do nothing! INFESTED DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm certain they are using staff to make fake positive reviews as well.
