Don't be put off by all the bad reviews! We booked 1 night here and were treated neatly at check-in. The room was above expectations for what we paid. It was neat, and there was even a kitchenette in it with all kinds of kitchen utensils so you could prepare some food yourself. It lacked nothing, even a dishwasher. The bathroom was also neat and enough towels and soaps etc etc.. So again, this was worth our money 3 double and a beautiful view!

May 21, 2025 · Mandy FrankenWe had a great stay for my Fiance's birthday, fast check in and out. Great clean rooms, comfortable beds. We had all the amenities we needed. Both rooms were great. It was a quick Uber down to AC and back. The attached restaurant and bar were great. The view and sunrise in our windows was breathtaking. Great pool, and good parking. We can't thank the staff enough for being so polite and attentive! We will be back again!
Apr 06, 2025 · Matt BakerWas there for a weekend trip with my fiancé. Check in was at 4pm and we got there exactly at 4pm. We walked to the reception desk to check in and the receptionist says that out room was not ready, that we would receive an email when it was ready. My fiancé and I waited in the car to be notified. An hour pasted and we noticed that everyone else that walked past us checked in and went to their rooms but us. We decided to ask the receptionist why was it taking so long for our room to be ready, she asked for our info and she said it had been ready even though we never got the notification. Let me just tell you that it was HORRIBLE, both the kitchen and bathroom sink took 5 to 10 minutes for the water to drain so u had to do things a little at a time so it wouldn't overflow. It was the worst experience we've ever had. Will never return or recommend to family and friends. 5 stars is the most i can give, but this spot is a minus 10. It's really bad.
Apr 20, 2025 · JOHANNA ABREUWas here for a weekend and couldn't wait to go home. First, when we arrived to check-in at 4pm, our room wasn't ready till 5pm. We waited an hour before walking to the desk to complain about why it was taking so long for our room to be ready. The female receptionist stated that she thought we already were in our room, while she had the room keys next to her. There was only one elevator working. The room was small. The sink in the bathroom and the kitchen needed work. The water drained out very slow to be specific it would take approximately5 to 10 minutes for the water to go down. The television was small. There were pots in the room without lids. The refrigerator was small. I'm glad I brought a cooler with me. They never came by to clean the room, no telephone in the room. I would not recommend this LEGACY VACATION RESORT to anyone I know. It was the worst resort experience I've ever had.
Apr 20, 2025 · Barry VaughanIf I could give negative stars…I would. We didn’t even stay one night out of the two we booked. We got to the hotel at 6ish on a Friday, got on the elevator…Tower of Terror vibes, very scary, only one was working too. We get to our rooms, the paint was peeling, molding in the corner of the bedrooms. We had one bed and a pull out couch. The mattress on the couch was like a piece of cardboard, metal bar in the back of the kids. The bathroom ceiling tiles were caving in. It literally felt like I needed to pack shower shoes. I was going to just sleep on top of the bed because it gave bed bugs vibes. We explored the hotel and it felt like I was in a horror movie the entire time. We packed our stuff and left by 9 after contemplating leaving. Would not trust the photos online; they do not match it to what you see in person.
