Great Stay Near PHL! I had a great experience at the Quality Hotel near Philadelphia Airport. If you’re looking for a place close to the airport, this is a fantastic option. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming—especially the manager, who has a great sense of humor and made me feel right at home. They offer airport pickup in a clean Mercedes van, and each seat even has its own seatbelt, which I appreciated. My room was spotless, the bathroom was a nice size, and the bed was very comfortable. I also had a mini refrigerator, which was super convenient. I could even see my car in the large parking lot right from my window—very reassuring for travelers like me who drive. The hotel has a super clean pool and a well-equipped gym, which is a big plus. They are currently doing some renovations, but it didn’t interfere with my stay at all. I travel frequently between PHL and EWR, and for the price, this hotel is an excellent value. Unfortunately, I leave early in the morning and haven’t had a chance to try the free breakfast, but everything else has been top-notch.

Where do I begin? After my two day stay last week, I see they didn't send me the link to offer my review, so I'm taking it upon myself to do so directly through Google. This place has so much potential. When you walk in you see what it was, what it should be, and unfortunately all of the in-between. Many of the negative reviews here on Google are quite accurate. I can positively say that the staff was great! I stayed in room 205, and let's just say that almost a week later, I'm still itching, however. I don't know if it had fleas or what, but that room made my skin crawl. The old fashioned carpet was dark and disgusting. The toilet kept clogging up, so the shuttle guy had to plung it. The bed was comfy, but it could have been better. Do I really need to describe the seedy people roaming the halls? People working on their vehicles in the parking lot? The mysterious bag covering the smoke detector? The stains on the bedding? The stench? The lack of basic necessities, like extra toilet tissue? Thise who appear to be permanent residents? Guest ahead of me complaining to management, while I'm waiting in line to complain? I went to the front desk to request a Do Not Disturb Sign, and the young lady told me they didn't have those. She wrote on a sticky to not disturb, and handed it to me to stick on my door. I explained to her how unprofessional it is for a Hotel to not have the particulars most customers need. There was one toaster with four pockets in the breakfast room. Only two of the pockets worked, so you can imagine how long the line was just to toast your bread. I could honestly go on, and on. Quality Hotel needs to consider changing their brand name at this point. The standard was unmet, not of "Quality," and what remains is ridiculous, unprofessional, cheap accommodations. Always remember though, that you definitely get what you pay for in this life.✌️

I booked this hotel at the beginning and end of a vacation to minimize my drive to and from the Philadelphia airport. While conveniently located to the airport, I will never stay at this hotel again, especially as there are so many better, comparable in price options. The hotel is very beat up, and there seem to be dirt and little pieces of garbage all over all the carpets. The walls seem to be dirty in the hallways, and the room just needed so much updating. For example the toilet paper holder was sort of hanging off the wall. The front desk staff seem to be annoyed at any customers coming in. They never welcome you when you walk in, and look at you like you have no business being there. When I return for my trip, I called the front desk to find out what I have to do to request a shuttle back to the hotel. I couldn't understand what she was saying despite her repeating it three times. Finally she just hung up on me. We decided to just take a taxi to our car and drove home right away. We decided to forfeit the second night that we paid for because we did not want to experience the dirtiness of that hotel at the end of our trip. I don't know why the owners of this hotel are okay with such a low quality of standards. But I've been to other quality/comfort ends and while they're certainly not high-end hotels, I expect them to at least be clean and for the people to welcome you when you come in the front door.

Upon our arrival, we noticed that the receptionist was not particularly welcoming, although she was not overtly rude either. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel, despite it being a non-smoking establishment. Our room was very clean, which we appreciated. However, we found it unusual that there was a connecting door between our room and the adjacent one; we are unsure of the purpose of this design choice. Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted when, at around 10 PM, we heard loud conversations and laughter coming from the neighboring room. We found this to be quite disrespectful. Despite reporting the issue to the reception, no action was taken, and the noise continued until 1 AM. We believe that guests who do not adhere to quiet hours should be addressed appropriately to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Regarding breakfast, we were disappointed with the quality of the food. The potatoes were excessively greasy, the scrambled eggs were burnt and lacked seasoning. Overall, the meal did not meet our expectations.

Unexpectedly Great Stay at Quality Inn My flight was canceled and I suddenly found myself without a place to stay. I went on Orbitz and, honestly, I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. Still, I took a chance and booked a room at the Quality Inn near the airport. To my surprise, the free shuttle showed up in about 25 minutes, which was a relief. When I arrived, there was a long line of about 20 people—many in the same situation as me—but the front desk staff handled it well. The woman who checked me in looked understandably stressed, but she kept a smile on her face and was kind and helpful. I had forgotten my phone charger, and she generously let me borrow hers at no extra cost. That small gesture made a big difference in an already stressful day. I was happy to get a clean, comfortable room for under $100, especially being so close to the airport. The room looked exactly like the photos on Orbitz, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is currently under construction, so there was some noise during the day, but nothing too disruptive. I even had time to use the outdoor pool for about an hour before heading back to the airport. Overall, despite the circumstances, I had a very positive experience. The staff were accommodating, the price was great, and the convenience of the location made a tough situation much easier.
