The best way to describe this hotel is low quality. Which is fine but it's (a) not cheap and (b) is branded as "Plus+" alleging to be a quality hotel. I got a premium king room with snacks included. There were no snacks. The TV was tiny. The blinds were thin and let in a ton of sunlight. The AC looks like it's decades old, though it did work. Thin sheets, weak pillows and firm mattress. Decent shower though. Lobby is uninviting with all the security glass and locks. Which is ironic given they have no security latches on the room doors. I had to sign THREE pages of waivers and they had ridiculous stipulations like charging $1 for two room keys and threatening towing for unregistered cars, even though the parking lot is largely empty. The staff was nice and there were no bugs I could see, so that's cool, but that feels like the bare minimum. Overall it wasn't crazy negative or anything, it just felt really underwhelming.

Apr 16, 2025 · BillIn my opinion best motel, and the cheapest. The manager Leelo is very nice and does his job well, excellent I would say. He always makes sure that the hotel is taken care of trust me. Just let him know the problem and I can assure you that he is on point and will fix it. I love the housekeepers as well. Very nice and respectful people. The night staff is also nice and professional, Saeed and Ali. I swear this is the best motel since motel 6 in my opinion. Top notch I will say. Red Roof Inn Plus deserves 10 stars. Also I have dogs and they love the park space very convenient and next to Dennys and Wawa too. You can not beat that. I rate them a 10 period. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Apr 24, 2025 · Mia HolidaySome rooms don't have a refrigerator and microwave but that's only standard rooms. The deluxe room was really convenient as it had both. The front desk guy was very sweet and helped me find a room that was comfortable for me which I greatly appreciated. Is conveniently located right next to Denny's and other nice restaurants. Try Femi's Pizza !
May 13, 2025 · Shayneesa WilsonI originally booked a 2 bed room as I was traveling with a group of people. We checked in around 9pm to be told there were no 2 bed rooms available, only 1 bed rooms. When we got into our room not even a whole 2 minutes in there we seen a roach crawling on the shower wall and another roach on the bathroom floor. Went back to the front desk and the gentleman working was pretty rude about me asking for another room, and told me "NO we don't have any other rooms open" until I showed him pictures of the roaches, then he acted shocked about it and surely found us another room. When we got our next room the bed was filthy. Crumbs or dirt or who knows at this point literally all over the top comforter. Stains on the rugs, a half used roll of toilet paper with nothing more for back up, and 2 roach traps in the room, so they obviously know about their little bug problem.... also they have an extra $50 security deposit they don't tell you about until you're checking in and I'm assuming you don't get that back either since it's been a week since our stay and still have not got that back. Definitely the worst hotel experience I've had. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would choose that option
Mar 29, 2025 · Kevin CraigI came In at 2:38 pm because of the bus.I Tried to check in and was told 3pm. Then the Front desk staff was very rude and went behind the desk and hid from us till exactly 3pm.There was roaches, springs were felt in the mattress, the power went out in the bathroom area, hair dryer was unusable because the power went out, there's is no cable or HBO as advertised. The rooms are dirty and need a makeover.we stayed 2 nights they moved us the 2nd night because we complained. Originally he was going to give us a refund and tell us to leave because i gave him a bad review. They use these reviews as leverage for service. He put us all the way in the back , of the back bldg when there was plenty of cleaner nicer rooms, in the front,we felt like we were being punished. The other staff were friendly, but the front desk clerk was rude and told us to get off his property because I wrote a bad review. He told us not to come back ,which I won't do ever again.
