Very nice hotel. Convenient to I-95 and a short ride to Philadelphia International Airport. The lobby is bright and clean. The front desk greeted me with a smile. Our room was space, spotless and very comfortable. The facilities design with a separate toilet room made getting ready in the morning very easy as one family member could shower without denying others access to the toilet. More hotels should consider this design. Overall SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Airport is a great place to stay.

May 18, 2025 · Bruce David HunterI was thinking of giving this hotel 2 stars (fair) but didn't want to discourage people from staying here if you can ignore its problems. First, the good stuff - the room is spacious and nicely furnished. Bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was comfortable. The bad - we didn't notice till shortly before check out the room provided neither a hair dryer nor tissues. We mentioned it at checkout so I hope the next occupants had those corrected. Worst for the hotel was the breakfast. Everything I tested was tasteless or taste-soured. For example, the yogurt had ice crystals in it. And the selection was slightly above poor (becoming all too common in hotel breakfasts). So, if you just need a comfortable bed and warm shower close to I95 and the airport this is a fine enough place. But expect the additional values to be neutral or negative.
May 13, 2025 · keenan PawleyUsed to be a great hotel. Has gone downhill over the years. Won’t stay again. My recent trip had so many issues. The room had a terrible smell. Like a combination of spicy food and body odor. I had them come up and spray but it didn’t help much. The hotel was sold out and I had to tough out the nasty smell all night. The chair at the desk in the room was broken. It wouldn’t stay at the height and kept sliding down so low and tilting back. Unusable. Asked for another chair and they brought up one not even close to tall enough to use. Ended up having to do 2 hours of laptop work on a very uncomfortable ottoman. Apparently they started sneakily charging $15/night for parking. I’ve stayed here each year for the last 5 years and never had a parking charge before. The gym stationary bike had paint splatter all over it. Can’t believe they didn’t clean it off. The late night front desk gal wreaked of cigarette smoke. Not sure what happened to this place. Probably a change of ownership. I won’t be back because it’s now on par with a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Marriott needs to keep better tabs on its franchisees.
May 18, 2025 · BrentOur evening flight got canceled so we stayed here for the night. The bed was really comfortable and it was a really quiet hotel, despite us being right next to the elevators. I quick hop skip and a jump away from the airport, super clean, with GREAT showers!
Apr 21, 2025 · Callie FullerThe room size is generous, with the bed area separated from the desk and sitting area with a clever partial-room-divider. The bathroom was also unusual for a hotel, with a tiny half-bathroom (with a toilet and tiny sink) separate from the second bathroom with a big counter and sink, and the shower. Everything seemed clean. I arrived quite late, but the staff was happy to help with check-in and buying a few items from the pantry shop. I was disappointed with the shuttle. Apparently, the weekend driver hadn’t been showing up to work consistently, so that meant the shuttle I had been planning to take just didn’t happen. I ended up waiting long enough that the next driver’s shift started, and he drove me over to the airport. But I would have preferred not to be running late.
