The location was fine. The room was clean and there were no bad smells. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is only dry foods (oats and cereal). I only stayed here because they are the only one with an indoor pool. BUT only after I paid ,I was told the pool wasn't open. The water was being drained. That should have been sayed on their website.

May 19, 2025 · Brian watsonBe cautious at this hotel. They wanted a card for incidentals, and they have charged my card for no reason. This has been for over a week now. Of course, the person in charge is out of the county on vacation. What a run around. Choice customer service was no help either. Update, still nothing from the hotel. I have also been to my bank and any disputing the charge.
Apr 08, 2025 · teri galuJust wanted to say that these are the nicest people ever. Almost slid off the mountain trying to make it to my original destination and had to inch my way back down and this quality inn was the closest place. I’ve never dealt with driving in ice before so I was totally panicked and freaked out and the 2 lady’s at the front desk (one with piercings and one a little bit older, didn’t catch their names) were so incredibly kind and understanding about my situation and found me and my girlfriend the last room available. Their kindness is what stopped that day from being the worst birthday ever
Jan 18, 2025 · Alex HendersonAvoid all cost if you’re on a budget was charged well over the amount of each room that my receipt says on top of that I was also charged an additional $150 the next morning and was told that it was a random fee And it would return to my account eventually within 3 to 7 business days, I did not authorize the extra $150. I did not authorize the other additional $39 charges as well. Called and tried to speak to the GM and was just told repetitive nonsense. Apparently, their card reader machine is messed up and randomly hits people‘s accounts. It’s been three days now and nothing has changed. *Update* So it is day seven with zero Resolutions made they are still over $200 lingering out of my account. I have spoken to multiple people and have also been told it is on my end. I double checked and it is not. Owner has been notified and did not offer resolution.
Mar 24, 2025 · Chris AluizoPrepaid and booked a room 12 days ago through booking.com. They tried to tell us that booking.com never sent them our reservation and we’d have to dispute through them. We arrived during a natural disaster and had no way of calling anyone or looking any nearby places up. Just got off the phone with booking.com, they were able to call the hotel and they confirmed that they actually had our reservation and was able to find our name. They lied to us and turned us away during a natural disaster because they overbooked. I will never be back to this establishment. I’ve read this is not the first time this has happened with this place. I’m thankful the workers were able to call a local motel for us that so happened to have a room available. But if they wouldn’t have given our reservation away and lied to us in the first place, that wouldn’t have had to happen. The only reason they called for us is because we went back in there and told them we literally had no way to call anyone or look up any other places to stay for the night. Edit: the hotel manager was literally in on the lie. I asked for them to write a statement for booking.com so when we tried to dispute it, we wouldn’t run into any trouble. The manager told me to email the account on the business card and she’d get something typed up. They let us leave after initially lying about not having our reservation knowing we wouldn’t be able to look anything up or call anyone due to the natural disaster. So the generic reply I just received from the manager is a slap in the face. Why on God’s green earth would I “reconsider staying with them in the future”?? The ONLY reason they called for us is cause we went back to the hotel an hour later saying we were stranded. There was no “confusion” with our reservation. They straight up told us they didn’t have our reservation and to dispute it through the app. Yet, when the app called the hotel, they were immediately able to find the reservation and name it was under. Absolutely disgusting.
