Mar 24, 2025 路 RichieMike at the front desk was awesome. Place had a refresh paint and furniture. Very clean. It's not a 5star hotel it red roof. But I'm positive this is the best one I've ever stayed at. Will be back at this location again in the future
Mar 31, 2025 路 Bill KulcsarBooked through Expedia, the staff were very nice, but unfortunately there were insects, pubic hair, crumbs and stains in the bed, and it wasn't like the room hadn't been "cleaned" it clearly had been serviced. I was not going to stay there with my children, even in a different room so it was very inconvenient to drive another 7 hours home arriving at 3 a.m. The right thing would have been to refund me, because I understand that these things happen. But neither Red Roof nor Expedia would refund me. I could not add the video, just this photo of the insect, I was hoping these were just pieces of lint, but when I prodded it with my fingernail it jumped pretty far 馃あ
Apr 11, 2025 路 Leonard ElliottAwful experience, will never stay again. We found bedbugs around 2am on our first night, of a 3 night stay. We decided to shower, check all our belongings and find a new hotel immediately. We had to do loads of laundry and wash our pets to ensure they were carrying anything. When we returned to Red Roof the next afternoon, we were denied a refund. The manager was upset because we didn't check out earlier. He said most people check out right away when they find bugs! He also said it was too late to rent the room to anyone else now. We couldn't believe he was going to rent it even after finding the bed bugs. He threatened to call the police and told us to go back to our room, that we were not allowed in the lobby. We checked out early, disputed the charge with our credit card, and called the Red Roof to explain. Hopefully someone will reimburse us for the entire stay, as the whole situation was completely unacceptable.
Dec 23, 2024 路 Maria SicurellaCertainly not the best place I have stayed, but not the worst. The check-in process was good, and the service there was overall very good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star on service is the sketchy look I was getting from the guy handling the trash cans outside the building. He just kept staring in a weird way to a degree I almost said something. Checkout process was also good as well. The room itself wasn't horrible. It looked like the not as clean version of the pictures. Lots of wear and tear on the items and furniture, dust, ants near the bathtub. I did like that they had a thing for outlets on the nightstand, but the outlets wouldn't hold my charger up, so they probably need to be replaced. The location wasn't the best. It is on a weird side road out of the way in a spot that I heard people say is in a sketchy part of town. Despite this not being a horrible stay, I would probably look to stay elsewhere if staying in the area again.
