First I had an issue with checking in I did a reservation for 3 nights through choice.com. I was told I had to pay a deposit which I was told was $150 I told the lady well I’m going to cancel because I never in my life paid no deposit like that I started to cancel she told me to wait don’t worry about it. I told her my car is already on file she just have to put my confirmation number in so it will be taking off my card and she didn’t but I still paid. She told me they would be cleaning the carpet so the building had a horrible odor from the lobby to the hallways to my room. Now I have bite marks all over my body thinking it was allergies but it was bedbugs. I took video of my room from when I walked it till I checked out so it wouldn’t be a lie told. Clearly body care about the hotel being nasty and loud people standing outside from morning to night.

Apr 25, 2025 · Ricardo Costa ContinFirst she charged a pet fee in cash. Then she said I had ti leave a $100 cash deposit. Then she wasn't going to give me the receipt. Then she gave me a receipt for the hotel charge, but not the pet fee or deposit. Si I ask for that receipt, she hand wrote the deposit receipt but left the pet fee off. Then she wouldn't answer the phone or man the desk at check out so I could get my deposit back. She's stealing and skimming this hotels money.
Apr 03, 2025 · mark bellWhile the lady at the desk was very nice, this is the noisiest place with echoing hallways and thin walls for someone who wants to sleep. Transient people are all over. The towel rack was falling off the wall, the water pressure was low, and unknown stains on the bathroom floor ( possibly yellow epoxy?) leave several questions in my mind. There are people coming and going while you try to rest and for an nonsmoking property, the pillows smell of smoke. There was dried blood and unknown stains on the sheet upon arrival. Ugh! If I was not so exhausted I would have left upon arrival.
Mar 15, 2025 · Alan StephensThe hotel receptionist when there was one there, the dude was super nice went above and beyond for me apart from that there is no nighttime receptionist. There’s people working on their vehicles in the parking lot, blaring their music all hours of the night again couldn’t get a hold of her a receptionistI am irritated beyond point. I have now been kept up and I have to work in four hours to the point to where I had to make a police report to get people from coming in and out and crawling under cars there’s a time in a place to do that at a hotel in the middle of the night is not it. It is 2 AM.
