I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I need to with this hotel. It is by far the MOST uncomfortable place I have ever stayed in, my husband and I travel quite a bit so this says a lot. The carpet in the room is not clean at all. The toilet seat is warped so sitting on it is painful, you need to put a towel before sitting on it which is not sanitary at all. The AC barely works and is prehistoric. The fridge barely cools food. The front room near the elevators smells like there’s a lurking dead rotting skunk around and that is anytime of the day or night, just stinks to high heavens. I am the one booking all our trips and I have decided this is the last time I will ever book in a Sleep Inn Hotel, just not worth my money. The staff is helpful though and location is good but the building itself and the rooms, goodness just nope.

May 29, 2025 · Maria BergnerOverall a good hotel. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again if the need arises. Breakfast can be a little better, but it was OK. ***Wi-Fi was slow.
Apr 26, 2025 · Michael MalloyClean rooms no issues at check in. Night staff lady was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Beautiful scenery. Breakfast needs work that’s my only issue.
May 19, 2025 · Cheronica Patrick-HallStarted off as a great stay but as I stayed longer I started to see and hear things that were unacceptable. Some of the staff especially Henry and Kevin I think his name was. They will not let you talk they will continue to talk over you which is very frustrating. I was going thru a situation and Henry and a few other staff said they would work with me. Never not once did I not pay what I owed even leaving here today I owe them nothing. I was respectful and even brought them business. Today I was told I couldn’t stay anymore so they put my 3 year old daughter and I out even after I was still wanting to pay for another night. They say they don’t allow pets but I’m constantly seeing people with dogs so I was charged 45 a night additional for my cat then they tell me they don’t allow cats and that is now the reason I can’t stay after I’ve been here for over 2 weeks now. If you don’t allow pets then why allow me to stay in the first place? Then tried to charge me 45 for my cat for today after he told me I could no longer stay..the housekeeps barley do they job and they all walk around with a nasty attitude and just look at you crazy. They took towels but wouldn’t always put new ones in so I would have to go and ask for some.. If you ask me more than half the staff that works at that hotel have nasty attitudes and talk to you like your not even a guest……
Feb 25, 2025 · Krista DollI would give 0 stars if I could. I had literally just gotten out of the hospital and went strait there. Checked in and made sure they knew I still felt a little woozy from the medication. I put my belongings in my room and went to get some apple juice. Otw back I couldn't remember the room number and just asked what room it was. The employee told me NO YOU HAVE TO GO. I said why I just want to lay my head down and rest I just told you I was in the hospital for 2 days. He told me I had 5 minutes or he was calling the cops I asked again why he said you have 2 minutes or I'm calling the cops. I didn't do anything but get apple juice and just try to get to my room. They haven't refunded my money and know I was just currently hospitalized threw me out. It was strait up abuse. I told corporate to run the cameras back. The hospital took my belt it was in my bag of stuff so I had to hold my pants up by my belt loop I was so sick and just need to sleep and got thrown on my ass for getting apple juice. It was the worse experience I've ever had in a hotel
