I would like to give this review for your staff member named summer. I just don't have enough of wonderful things to say about her. She was very pleasant from my first phone call that I made to make a reservation over the phone. I have been here since January 21st and everytime she is working at the desk she has been so helpful and understanding and has wonderful customer service skills. I have watched her checking in guests and she does top notch. She needs to be praised for what she does. I love staying here at the hotel and her being one of the staff makes it very pleasant as well
Hello, North Carolina residents and travelers! If you're planning an extended stay in the beautiful mountain city of Asheville, whether for work, relocation, or a longer vacation, finding the right accommodation that feels like a home away from home is essential. That's where WoodSpring Suites Asheville - Biltmore West comes into play. This extended stay hotel is designed specifically to cater to those needing more than just a typical overnight room, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability for stays of a few days, a week, or even several months.
Asheville is a vibrant hub in Western North Carolina, known for its stunning Blue Ridge Mountain views, thriving arts and culture scene, diverse culinary landscape, and countless outdoor activities. Sometimes, a quick trip just isn't enough to experience it all, or perhaps you're here for a temporary job, relocating, or visiting family for an extended period. WoodSpring Suites Asheville - Biltmore West understands these diverse needs and provides a practical solution for comfortable, long-term lodging.
One of the most valuable aspects of an extended stay hotel like WoodSpring Suites is the independence it offers. With in-room kitchens, you have the flexibility to prepare your own meals, which can be a significant cost-saver and a great way to maintain your routine while away from home. This feature truly sets extended stay properties apart from traditional hotels, making them particularly appealing for those planning more than just a fleeting visit.
While guest experiences can vary, the staff's dedication to service is often a highlight. As one recent guest effusively stated about a staff member named Summer, "She was very pleasant from my first phone call that I made to make a reservation over the phone. I have been here since January 21st and everytime she is working at the desk she has been so helpful and understanding and has wonderful customer service skills. I have watched her checking in guests and she does top notch. She needs to be praised for what she does. I love staying here at the hotel and her being one of the staff makes it very pleasant as well." This kind of exceptional customer service is invaluable, especially when settling into a new temporary residence.
It's also important to have realistic expectations, as with any lodging. While many guests find the environment safe and quiet, some experiences can vary, as indicated by a review mentioning "sketchy people" and knocks on the door at midnight. However, other feedback highlights the "very nice, professional front desk folks" and the overall feeling of being "nice & safe & quiet." Like any extended stay property, the guest base can be diverse, so maintaining awareness is always advisable. The hotel offers a flexible rental model, allowing you to "rent by day or weekly," catering to a variety of stay lengths. Any minor issues, such as a "door messed up" or forgotten towels, are typically addressed "fast" by the attentive staff.

May 18, 2025 · Allyson SukennikoffMy 3rd time I tried staying they tell me they're full. Yet when I called the reservation line they said available. Lots of sketchy people here too. People knocked on my door at midnight. Etc. Very nice, professional front desk folks. Nice & safe & quiet. It's like an extended stay. Rent by day or weekly. Stove, etc. Only bad thing is my door messed up & they forgot to restock my towels twice. But I got some & they fixed it fast.
Jun 07, 2025 · Preston Causey0 stars isn’t an option. I don’t recommend booking a room here unless it’s your last resort. The staff seems to be clueless about their job. My husband and I, who is here storming after the hurricane, was informed that the late check-out time is 3:00 p.m., so he could come pick me up after work. However, we are from Wisconsin, and I don’t have my car here. There’s no way I would know where to go if I did have one. At 11:50 a.m., I received a knock on my door, informing me that I was supposed to be out by 11:00 p.m. Despite being informed the previous day that the late check-out time is 3:00 p.m., the staff member seemed unsure and asked her trainee for help. As a result, she simply repeated what she had been told by her trainee.
May 05, 2025 · JessicaDo. Not. Stay. Here… The manger is rude, told me my emotional support animal wasn’t a service dog, rooms are such a joke, the bed is uncomfortable. Half the channels don’t work, you have to pay for the wifi, and you can’t get extra pillows. It didnt even have a lobby. This is a poor quality hotel, but I guess if you need a cheap hotel than go for it.
Apr 17, 2025 · Shelby SawyerI didn't stay cause I showed up after dark and could NOT find the lobby. I walked around the building twice, no signage that I could see. The grounds looked very clean an organized, probably would've been a nice place to stay.
