Absolutely would not recommend staying here, it was so bad that we had to cancel our second night. The room smelt like a black & mild, phone wasn’t connected to anything so there was no way to reach the front desk, bathroom was gross and had mold, only one towel for three people. The foot steps above us were so loud that we had to move rooms. The photos online are very misleading. The area this hotel is located does not feel safe, there’s tons of homeless everywhere. This hotel was actually more expensive than the luxury hotel in downtown Asheville which is mind blowing. The only upside to this stay was that the staff were very kind and helpful for the most part.

Apr 27, 2025 · Sara PThe location was great right off the interstate. The rooms were fairly large but woke up the next morning and my back was hurting not as comfortable as I thought. The breakfast was okay it was a normal breakfast although it had french toast which I don't think I have ever had a hotel have for breakfast. I was going to use the outside pool but it was locked and they said something about city needing to expect it and thereason for not having access to it. So because of all these reasons I'm ust giving a 3.
May 13, 2025 · Asher NealI would give them a zero if I could, the stay was good until we got up to shower, there was no hot water. When we reported it , they said we had to talk to a manager, the manager told us after our complaint that they checked it out and would not be refunding because there was hot water, it just took 20 minutes to get there. Really?, now that’s some real customer service, I would not stay there again if no for other reason than how stupid they were about customer satisfaction and repore.
Apr 29, 2025 · Sally WittGood price, great location. Convenient to downtown and Biltmore. Cons: water in sink never got hot enough to shave and the walls are super thin. I was awakened at 1:30 this morning by the snoring neighbor. Earlier that day. I heard the entirety of his side of a 6 am phone conversation.
May 16, 2025 · Jeff BurnsWould not reccommend to anyone. Much better hotels in the area. Room walls are paper thin to the extent you can hear the room next door carry on conversations. Mildew in the bathroom and the floor was very dirty, there was a dog on our that was barking all night. For the breakfast that ends at 10:30, we arrived at 10 and everything was already starting to be shut down. We felt rushed and before we left at 10:20 we had to ask the breakfast attendant to turn back on the juice machine for a refill. If you want your breakfast to end at 10, make it end at 10 not 10:30. Vrry unhappy with our experience and highly reccomend not staying here.
