It's a very neat hotel with a unique lobby and indoor/outdoor pool. We were originally assigned an atrium room which was cool but not for me, and Sam, who had checked us in, was awesome and moved us with no problem! We're fairly local but would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Jun 07, 2025 · Kerrianne HatfieldEnjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly.. Checked out the bar the night we came in and the bartender was nice and respectful. I ended up going to breakfast the following morning alone to get some work done on my laptop and the environment was extremely nice and comfortable. I felt very secure the entire time while hanging out. Also - the breakfast was pretty tasty. Good choices.. Maybe $16 is a little expensive, but it was enjoyable.
May 12, 2025 · Ranie ElizabethWe were in town to visit the Biltmore during our annual Christmas vacation. We chose this particular hotel because it was close enough to the Biltmore and it was surrounded by all of our morning "go to" restaurants (DD & Starbucks), and I liked the atrium. The atrium architecture gives a retro feeling that I love. Now, if it was decorated with 1950s-1970s Christmas decor, that would have been more amazing… I digress. The staff we interacted with was welcoming and professional. Our room was clean, as depicted online, and the beds and pillows were great. Skip the bar!! They have no idea what they’re doing. My only complaint was the drink we ordered from the bar. It was beyond disgusting. I ordered a Long Island iced tea. It tasted like old, nasty Lipton iced tea syrup with stale carbonated water. It was the color of brackish sea water. The majority of it was ice, so I made my husband drink it. Plus, it was $20… it was laughable.
Apr 17, 2025 · Summer StifflerThe rooms are very clean and quite spacious. I arrived late and was not able to check out the lobby, but it looks like they had a lot of services. Speaking of service, top notch. Of course, I locked myself out of the room ( i had to step outside for a cigarette). They took care of me right away and got me a replacement key card. Easy in short, access from my room to my parking spot. Would stay again.
Dec 17, 2024 · Jay HönFront lobby staff very helpful and nice. Lobby is throwback, and was probably the part place to be in the 80’s and 90’s. Probably very understaffed with housekeeping. Was there for 18 days and was not vacuumed or sheets changed. Due to unfortunate disaster it’s more of a survivor hotel than a tourist place to stay. Lot, and I mean a lot of 420 going on in the hotel and outside. Does have a small restaurant and bar onsite.
