I stayed from April 25th to April 27th, and I must say Brandon and Wesley at the front desk were by far the two nicest and most helpful front desk attendants I've ever dealt with, and I have stayed at 5 stay hotels all across the country, in some of the nicest resorts and casinos. Brandon and Wesley deserve a raise, and upper management should recognize these employees for the type of service they provide. They went out of their way to assist me with any of my questions, and were always ready to help.

Apr 27, 2025 · JSH MailerThe lack of communication from the front desk was astounding. I called about a screaming child in the next room after midnight. They said security was gone for the night, so we ended up moving in the middle of the night, and the next morning I went to gather the rest of our things before handing over our cards. At 2pm I called to say I had left something in the room, the front desk said they would check and call me back. They never called. I went down to the front desk and inquired again. The lady said she would be in touch. Nothing. My husband went later in the evening to ask. Nothing. I went the next morning and asked again as no one had called as they said they would. She said other things were there, but not our item. So I said they took it or threw it out. It was never a question IF I had left it there, we KNEW it was there but no longer had access to the room. She said she would talk to the cleaning staff again, took my cell number down and assured me she would call. I said all I am asking for is communication, either way. Still waiting for that call... The item may seem trival to some, but it meant something to us. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
Apr 10, 2025 · Fynnand BellsHotel is “good enough”. Room with king-sized bed was clean with most everything one might need minus a couple of things that would be appreciated — first, there’s no streaming, only Direct TV. You can’t stream from your devices either. Room is a bit cramped. Other than that … swimming pool and whirlpool were sadly closed until further notice but it did look inviting. Staff was helpful and kind.
Mar 07, 2025 · Melissa RapoportRestaurant staff is inattentive during the breakfast buffet. She attended to everyone else who was in a couple grouping, male and female. Single female blow by her and don't offer any extras. Then she didn't have change for a tip. I had to go to the front desk for change. If you want tips for service, don't allow your team to be without cash. I love cash tips, I work in hospitality.
Mar 04, 2025 · Heather PiperStayed at this Sheraton before my oncology appointment the following day. The rooms are a generous size. There is a fridge & safe in the room. Microwave is located with the ice machine. The bed is really comfortable. Not to soft the way some can be like a puddle. There is a Chipotle, a liquor store and a market in the same plaza. All within walking distance. The cherry on top was the warm Snickerdoodle cookies and hot chocolate served in the lobby at 4:30pm. Did I mention there is also a Starbucks here? Do not hesitate in staying here. You won't be sorry!
