We had to move to another hotel, because we didn't want to stay in a bed covered in hair. Since it was already late at night, we couldn't reach anyone in time for them to fix the mistake and now they are trying to explain, that they have a non refund policy for cancelations. I don't see a valid complaint as a cancelation. This was a terrible experience

There was a leak from the ceiling when it rained which drenched our luggage. The shower ran out of hot water when we needed it most. The beds were comfortable and linens seemed clean. The electronic door locks were convenient. The elevator was slow.

Aside from that issue, the couch had stains that a clean would not have solved, broken tiles in the bathroom. You're better off booking somewhere else, the place is terrible. The only positive is that the host provided us with a full refund, but we had to jump some hoops through Airbnb's assistance to get there.

The size of my room was perfect for my group of 3. The person that got top bunk did not like the ladder, it was difficult and a bit painful to climb with bear feet. Bathroom was a good size. The only reason the is 4 stars is because of the ice cold shower water in the morning. 4.5 out of 5 if I could. Definitely recommend.
