Clean, reasonably quiet, affordable, good location, and friendly are all pluses. After a long day of driving it was what was needed. My only complaint is the state of the fitness center. We were here about a month ago on business and the weight machine was out of order and the stationary bike and treadmill were partially working with the heart rate sensors inoperable and the incline on the treadmill not working either. On our visit a month later nothing had changed. One major factor in choosing lodging for us is a fitness center and we are willing to pay more to have one available. A broken down facility is worse than none at all and Sleep Inn needs to step up their game here.

Environment and Ambiance:
The Sleep Inn Cinnaminson - Philadelphia East is situated off Route 130, a major highway, which generally implies ease of access for vehicular travel. Guests have highlighted its "good location," suggesting convenience for reaching local points of interest and major roadways. The hotel is described as "clean" and "reasonably quiet," providing a welcoming environment for guests. While located near a busy route, measures seem to be in place to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. However, some reviews indicate challenges with noise from adjacent rooms due to thin walls, which can impact the overall quietness for light sleepers. Despite this, the overall impression is that of a well-kept property focused on providing a comfortable and tidy setting. The hotel is a 100% smoke-free facility, contributing to a fresh and pleasant indoor environment for all guests.
Services and Hospitality:
The service at Sleep Inn Cinnaminson - Philadelphia East generally receives positive remarks, particularly concerning the cleaning staff, who are noted as "friendly." The front desk staff is described as "somewhat quirky, helpful," indicating a mixed but generally positive interaction. The hotel aims for a "seamless check-in/check-out process" and flexible policies, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Daily housekeeping services are provided to ensure rooms remain fresh and tidy. For business travelers, the hotel offers fax services and a business center, along with free WiFi in public areas, facilitating work on the go. While minor issues like a dripping tap or a toilet flushing by itself have been reported in specific rooms, these appear to be isolated incidents that can be mitigated by closing the bathroom door or keeping the TV on. Overall, the hotel strives to provide a helpful and accommodating experience to its guests.
Features and Amenities:
Sleep Inn Cinnaminson - Philadelphia East offers a range of features designed to enhance guest comfort and convenience, aligning with the brand's focus on value. A significant amenity is the complimentary "deluxe continental breakfast," which includes a variety of options such as waffles, muffins, and other selections. While one review noted the breakfast as "minimal," it is a valuable inclusion, saving guests time and money. Free coffee is also provided. Each guest room is designed as a "simply stylish sanctuary" and typically includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, free WiFi (both in-room and public access), a refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Private bathrooms come with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The hotel also features an arcade/game room, offering entertainment for families and leisure travelers. For those with vehicles, free self-parking is available on-site, including RV/bus/truck parking, which is a considerable convenience. The hotel is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets per reservation (dogs only, no cats) with a pet fee of $20 per stay, and provides convenient pet relief areas nearby.
A key amenity for many travelers is the fitness center. However, this is also a point of notable concern based on customer reviews. Guests have reported that the weight machine was out of order, and the stationary bike and treadmill were only partially working, with inoperable heart rate sensors and a non-functional incline on the treadmill. A recurring complaint is that these issues persisted over a month, suggesting a lack of timely maintenance. While the hotel does have a fitness center, its current state may not meet the expectations of guests who rely on it for their workout routines, making it "worse than none at all" for some.
The hotel is family-friendly, offering amenities such as free cribs/infant beds and free rollaway/extra beds, and children aged 18 and under can stay for free when using existing beds. It also provides facilities for guests with disabilities, including wheelchair-accessible parking and accessible rooms.

Various packages and offers, such as "Points Accelerator Packages" (e.g., 1000, 2000, or 5000 extra points per night for Choice Privileges members), are frequently available, encouraging loyalty and providing added value. The hotel's strategic location off Route 130 makes it an attractive choice for those visiting nearby attractions. It is approximately 10 minutes from Cherry Hill Mall, within a short drive to the Delaware River, and offers convenient access to downtown Philadelphia (about 20 minutes away), including popular sites like the Liberty Bell, Independence National Historical Park, and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Other nearby points of interest include Moorestown Mall, Battleship NJ Museum, and Sesame Place. These proximity benefits are often highlighted in promotional materials to draw visitors looking for "Hotels Near Of Me" with easy access to regional highlights. Feb 04, 2025 · Bruce SmithValue for money. What a great hotel, rooms are super clean. Cleaning staff is friendly, front desk staff somewhat quirky, helpful. Breakfast is minimal. Some noises from dripping tap in room, toilet was flushing by itself every 10 minutes but if you close the door you can't hear it. Ranchy next door neighbors, the walls are thin and you hear them doing everything, and I mean everything. Helps if you keep the tv on.

Feb 02, 2025 · Kim LikhtermanNew Management Me and my husband have been coming here several days a week for personal reasons and for business we had to conduct in the area. We noticed that there was this one particular maid who wears her hair in a bun with faded color, and she occasionally wears dark glasses. She has been a problem since we got there knocking on our door way before checkout! One day, recently I saw her in the car with the manager, Luis then I put it altogether! They are all family and friends here! I made a complaint about her and harrasment started. I believe she is some jealous, envious racist! She likes to check after the maids, and she slammed the doors next to us excessively on several occasions! Then she would go in the room under us and bang around and slam doors! Next, we noticed that the hotel had over close to 100 or so rooms and we always had someone next to us even if the parking lot was almost empty, and they would bang on the walls or continously walk by our door. I called the manager, and he was ready and waiting with a smart azz comment knowing that we were here for business, trying to work remotely and requested a corner room so we wouldn't disturb other guest! Theses guest would be put next to us intentionalIy to disturb us! And when we'd move our room these same people would check out! I don't know what the problem is! We come in, mind our business, keep quiet and to ourselves, tip and checkout! So I realized that it's just racism and discrimination and lots of people hate good people and want to cause them problems! I think that Luis and his girlfriend - HEAD MAID BYTCH/WYTCH IN CHARGE should be FIRED and CHRISTOPHER SHOULD BE MANAGER! He has excellent customer service, he's cordial and accommodating. Because of Luis and his girlfriend's antes and discrimination other people have probably left and taken their money elsewhere like we'll be doing! This place could be at least a 4.6 without those 2 there and a few updates to the rooms and carpet. Also, stop catering to just Contractors! They are not the only ones who have money, and they are not the only clients patronizing this business! It's a good area and lots of traffic! But with those 2 in charge, it's more like a 2.8! It'll be a new year soon and I think new management is just what this place needs!
Nov 28, 2024 · anomalous JThe hotel is not fancy and a bit run down, but it has all amenities to provide a comfortable stay (fridge and microwave in the room, breakfast in the morning, coffee all day). I'd stay here again if I am in the area.
