Liz at front desk was hands down one of the nicest most genuine sweetest front desk person I have ever come in contact with. I have traveled everywhere and she is hands down the best one I have front desk clerks I have ever had! You are very blessed to have an employee that truly enjoys her job. Thurs Jan 19, 2025 We were on our way to Atlanta from Tennessee and because of the snow storm decided to book a room in Kennesaw. There was a smell of pot (marijuana) in the room when we arrived. I phoned downstairs to tell the front desk about it because they had told my husband when he checked in that they wanted a $50 refundable hold in case we left the room in disarray. The guy on the phone told me that there had already been a complaint and there was a fire alarm earlier. I will update if we do get refunded the $50 back. We went out to eat and when we came back the guy at the desk was coming out of his office and I had told him how the whole place smelled pot. He said he was going to speak to someone in another room. This morning when we left there was no more smell of pot in the air. The toilet was unstable (rocking side to side), the bed was both hard and soft at the same time. I kept turning in bed because my hips kept hurting. The TV froze but we didn't look at it long. I tried to turn the heat up to 77 because it was cold in the room but it automatically went down to 76. Curious, I even turned it to 78 to test it and it still went down to 76. Maybe it was programmed not to go over 76? My husband forgot the room card and phoned them when we arrived in Atlanta. A woman told us it was perfectly fine. She didn't ask us to send it back. She said to be safe on the roads. We got to 81 and went down all the way but near the end we had to turn around because there were a bunch of cars that were stuck and had to go back and take 75.

We recently enjoyed a one-night stay here during Thanksgiving weekend and wanted to share our positive experiences. The hotel was very clean overall, creating a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Its location in a nice safe area added to the overall pleasantness of our stay. And lastly, we were pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. For a few nights or even a night, I'd recommend staying here to anyone!

No brains, business acumen, or customer service skills at all. Told me there were rooms as if there are plenty and that I would be accommodated. I show up within an hour and they bait and switch me to a double room and charge me almost $150 for a room at 11 pm when I just need a shower because my hot water heater is not working today. Thanks guys.
