Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From our arrival, to the breakfast, to the room everything has been pretty much perfect. Everywhere was wonderfully clean and just loved the quirkiness of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the Dyson hairdryer a welcome luxury and the wonderful decor and the most comfortable bed made this a totally wonderful stay. I will definitely stay here when visiting Boston again, a fantastic hotel in a great location, I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Boston for so many reasons. Just opposite a subway station, with easy access to the city centre, great eating places nearby & honestly the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to coming back already!

This generous and high-quality breakfast adds considerable value to the stay. The hotel also offers a complimentary wine reception each evening in its unique rooftop conservatory, providing a lovely opportunity for guests to relax and socialize. May 16, 2025 · Mandy CoombsWe stayed for 2 nights this week & the hotel was exceptional. The location, just opposite the subway was great, so easy to get into the city centre. There were lots of eating places nearby. The breakfast in the hotel was included & was amazing! Fruit, pastries & the usual breakfast items as well as eggs, potatoes & the best crispy bacon. The rooms were just lovely, quirky, amazingly comfortable with great little touches, fruit & a cookie in the room on arrival as well as coffee etc. the room had a fridge & a great bathroom. Everywhere was fantastically clean & the staff helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t fault the hotel and will plan to stay here again when we next visit Boston, both because of the great facilities & decor and the location. We even had a Dyson hairdryer and I can’t understand how the Kendall’s only a 3 * it should be at least a 4!
May 16, 2025 · Mandy & AntonyMy first time visiting Boston and I took my little boy to watch our Braves play in Fenway. It was an experience of a lifetime and The Kendall Hotel is a big reason why. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive. Room was clean, and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was great as the train was a 2 minute walk. Will definitely be back in the future and I look forward to staying here again!
May 19, 2025 · Beret ProctorThe entire staff was amazing. Very clean rooms and hotel. Location was easy to walk to many things and transportation access. Very nice breakfast and we really enjoyed the 7th floor lounge in the evenings. The employees here have a “At your service” mind set. Thank you for an unforgettable visit.
May 22, 2025 · Ron DriesensGood luck trying to cancel a reservation! I booked this hotel in January, but within a few weeks of booking our plans changed and I had to cancel. I called hotel's number as listed on the confirmation more times than I can count. No one EVER answered the call. It went to voicemail every single time. I tried on different days, different times of day all with the same result. I left multiple messages clearly stating that I needed to cancel the reservation, and no one ever returned my call as I asked to confirm the cancellation. I also sent multiple emails to the same email as the confirmation and not one was answered. Now I am going through the hassle of contesting the no-show charge on my credit card. I have put way too many hours into what should be a very simple thing to do - cancel a reservation. And yes, my cancellation was well within the cancellation period as stated in the reservation. This has been a miserable experience! It would be more appropriate to give them ZERO stars on customer service, because this is the level of service I received. So glad our plans changed and we didn't wind up staying at this place!
