So much to say.. You will have clean sheets and a comfy bed to sleep in…but that’s it. Stayed for 2 nights, in 3 different rooms! Room 1- was not the room we booked- room was not nice at all- bathroom tub was so gross (be sure to read fine print if you’re looking for the newly renovated room) Room 2- A nicely renovated room BUT not clean. Bathroom not clean, toilet seat broken, floors not swept nor mopped- leak in bathroom causing a middle of the night slip! So we were moved to Room 3 - Again not clean, floors dirty (literally mustard packets on the floor and more) - Yes the location of this hotel is great and yes they are working on renovating but even the renovated rooms are not well kept. Management needs to clear rooms before allowing to book them. Customers deserve a clean space to stay in. I literally felt the need to clean the entire room but didn’t have the cleaning supplies. And then back to the manager at the front desk… She does not care! Zero customer service skills. Do better.

Apr 04, 2025 · Sabrina CWe have stayed here quite a few times over the years and we have NEVER had an issue, so i dont really understand some of the reviews others have left. Guilliermo and Mohammed at the front desk were so incredibly kind and professional ,they granted my request for a room on a higher floor with no issues. The rooms are newly renovated and they are immaculate and so nice. Housekeeping was so friendly and also the view was amazing too. It was only supposed to be an overnight trip ,but we were so happy with how helpful the front desk was, we decided to book a second night. Thank you, we will see you again soon! 😊
Apr 03, 2025 · Thaena JonneThe location is perfect for a trip to Times Square and/or Broadway. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate. When we first arrived our shower handle fell off. The show also leaked out of the bottom of the door and had smelled moldy. The TV did not work nor did the blackout curtain. The location of this hotel is very nice, and the staff was very generous with holding our luggage while we explored the City even after check out. The parking was very accommodating as well. Overall the rooms need a lot of renovation. The staff seem to be trying their best but I have absolutely had much better stays.
Mar 05, 2025 · Andrew ClarkeI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT STAY HERE. Room was like a stay in the 1900s, trash under the dresser, tub brown, room smells like roach spray. The entire place needs to be renovated. My first time being disappointed by a hotel stay. Not to mention you have to pay to use a microwave?! Don’t stay here! If I could give 0 stars I would 1 is being generous! I slept with my clothes on because God knows the last time those sheets were changed. I was better off sleeping on the floor because the mattress was hard as concrete. I was extremely disgusted and unhappy! And for the price I paid I should’ve gotten a top notch room and service. I knew I was doomed when I hit the old hallway from the loud elevator. Thank God I was able to get my money back. The staff was extremely helpful at the desk but I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE STAY HERE AGAIN.
Mar 04, 2025 · Naija BrooksI had booked a single bedroom for one night as me and my friend were going to a concert and needed to stay the night. The checkout time next day was 12 P.M. We are from New Jersey so we were out shopping and ended up not getting back to the hotel at the checkout time due to getting a bit lost here and there. When we got back to the hotel room, it was perfectly clean with no sign of our items. We went downstairs, assuming that they would have some sort of lost & found setup or at least had a place to put left items for a duration of time. The manager told us that it was possible that our items were considered "trash" and thrown out. Even though our items included a small shoulder bag, our chargers and charging wires, small posters from the concert on the table and a Kpop Concert Light Stick (photo included for reference). They went back to check for possible items that were left and found only the small shoulder bag and our chargers. However the small posters, some cleanliness items, and the Kpop light stick were not to be found. There is no way you would assume that these items are just trash. Especially the Kpop light stick which looks like a large electronic light device. The manager said he attempted to contact the cleaning lady that did our room, but said "I tried to contact her but she's most likely already on the subway by now". We were not offered a refund in anyway, even though we had many missing items. As much as I don't want to throw accusations, the most plausible answer is that either the cleaning lady doesn't check for personal items of value or she stole our items. Either answer is not acceptable. Imagine if any of the items that were not recovered had been passports, keys, or really anything that you couldn't easily obtain again. The only response we received was the same "There is nothing we can do" from the manager.
