I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and definitely plan to come back many times in the future. The staff was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome. I appreciated their professionalism and they were always ready to help any way they could. The hotel and my room were very modern and cute! I loved having the iPad that controlled the functions of the room. I also really loved the rooftop bar and the drinks were nice and STRONG lol, and it’s a great spot for taking cute pics and gives you amazing views of the city. It was also central to many of the tourist spots around Manhattan, so I never had to walk far. Also, the price for what you get simply could not be beat. It was one of the cheaper options I could find in Times Square and I’m so glad I stuck with my gut and decided to stay here. CitizenM made my first time in New York so special and I’m so grateful for the experience!

The rooms are small but cozy, and the perfect size for solo travelers or couples. Very clean. This location in Times Square made it easy to walk to all of the trendy spots nearby. Staff is always welcoming, and though I’m not usually a breakfast person, I could never miss out on their delicious breakfast buffets. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Location is excellent, situated between 2 subway lines and within walking distance to theater, MOMA, Central Park, Times Square and many restaurants. Price point is good. Negatives: Rooms are small (Yes, it's New York) and challenging for couples, especially older ones. Akin to a larger cabin on a cruise. Bed is comfortable but "land locked" on 3 sides, requiring the person closest to the window to crawl over his / her companion when resting or asleep. Limited bathroom privacy for those who want / need that. And there is no access to free coffee, either in the room or hotel lobby.

Our room was perfect, very cozy and an ideal size for a couple of solo traveler, very clean and very easy to navigate. Overall, we loved our time here and can’t wait to come back to citizenM! :)
