The Pearl Hotel New York

We stayed three nights and we are checking out in the morning. Everything about this hotel is awesome and it would be just as awesome at twice the price. The breakfast in the morning was just slightly better than a normal free hotel breakfast but they had the best fresh baked bagels. I’ve had in a long time. The grab and go coffee and snacks was very nice. The evening wine social was very nice. The room rooms are newly remodeled and very well finished. The bathroom is a very good size and has nice name brand toiletries. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat this location, one and a half blocks from Times Square, six blocks from Central Park, five minutes from Broadway shows.

We just checked out of the Pearl after a 3 night stay and we're very impressed. First, the location is perfect for midtown - half a block off Broadway, 1 block from Hell's Kitchen, 2 blocks from the subway, 3 Blocks from Rockefeller Center and Radio City, 4 blocks from Times Square, 10 blocks to Central Park. There are two theaters on the street itself, the Ambassador is next door and Eugene O'Neill is across the street (currently Wicked and Book of Mormon, respectively), and many more within a few blocks. Great restaurants all around with a huge selection of cuisines. The hotel itself is a small boutique with 94 rooms and suites. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds on the back side of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very large by Manhattan standards. The bathroom had everything you need with a deep tub and fantastic walk in rain shower. The beds and pillows were firm but comfortable. But the best thing was how quiet it was - we heard nothing! Amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions and directions and housekeeping did a fabulous job on the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Shout out to Jaime and Esteban for getting us in earlier than we expected which was just … amazing. I had been up over 24 hours and I couldn’t bear the idea of waiting till 4pm to check in. So that alone right there earned you 5 stars. They gave us the option to switch rooms the following day but who cared by that point? The only time we were in the room was when we slept after sightseeing the entire day. The location is sublime. Effortless to find the subway. I mean there’s an actual 49st exit. The only thing better would be the subway pulling up to my hotel door. There’s a very nice restaurant next door that we completely intended to visit but time got away. But we will visit next time! Wine tasting hours, breakfast hours. The rooms were quiet. If we had neighbors, I was unaware. If we even had anyone else on our floor, I was unaware. Lastly, the service employees. The housekeeper always had a smile on her face and the doorman was very courteous and professional. I really can’t think of a single complaint. Will return here on our next visit!

The Pearl was fantastic !! From the minute I walked into the place, I was treated with wonderful service. I arrived early and was able to leave my bag in a safe luggage room so I could walk around Times Square before getting my room. The room I received was in excellent condition— Everything was clean, and it was quiet too!! I wasn’t expecting that since the location is in the heart of Times Square. They have snacks and 24h coffee downstairs which was great. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, bagels, pastries, eggs, and a whole lot more. I highly recommend booking a room at The Pearl for your stay in NYC.

Wow! If I could give 20 stars, I would. My family and I stayed at the Pearl for three nights last week and we can't stop talking about how incredible our experience was. The room was spacious and comfortable, quiet and clean, the breakfast was good every morning, and the location really can't be beat. But the thing that stands out to us most of all was the customer service. After checking out of the hotel room, we realized that we had left an expensive gift in the safe. The manager retrieved the package and guided me through the whole process of having it shipped to my home, and the package arrived safely with no problems. During our stay, the door attendant and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. But I am most thankful that they were trustworthy and helped me retrieve the item I had left with no issues. My family and I don't want to stay anywhere else in the city now. Thank you so much!!
