This is not a luxury hotel, however I consider a luxury to be within walking distance to time square, Broadway and Hell's kitchen. Great jazz, shopping and entertainment all near by. Just know, the hotel charges a 20.00 fee on top of your room charge.

Very convenient near restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen and Hop on Hop off bus stops. Used their computer in the business room was another plus. Daily morning coffee and granola bar served. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Took two hours for staff to respond ONLY after I called them out on it the 2nd time, after not cleaning it and allowing it to be used! Excellent location for theaters. Jose, doorman, very good and Joey, "Best bellman" ever. Room cleaners acceptable and corteous. Coffee downstairs tasty and would have preferred before 7am.

Upon realizing this, we were told that the staff would have to adjust the heating and air for the room!! They also suggested that if we were cold, get a blanket and if we were warm, open the windows. I will never understand how a basic amenity such as control of the heating and air can be missing from a hotel room in the year 2025 in NYC! This room was definitely NOT a superior room as we were told. They did change the room the next day but offered no compensation for our inconvenience. Oh - and none of the rooms have blankets - you have to ask for one. My opinion, there are plenty of other hotels in NYC that offer far more amenities than this hotel and for the same price.
