A Grateful Thank You for the Warm Welcome After a truly disappointing and frustrating experience at the Hilton Garden Inn next door, we were so relieved and grateful to be welcomed here with such kindness and efficiency.Luis was really nice from the moment we walked in, he treated us with genuine care and professionalism. We were accommodated with a comfortable room in no time at all, and the warm welcome instantly turned our day around. The contrast in service was night and day — and it showed me exactly where I’ll be making my reservations in the future. Thank you for not only meeting our needs, but for doing so with grace and hospitality. You’ve definitely earned loyal guests for life!

Fantastic location on Broadway! In our room, we had a great view. It was very pleasant that there was a coffee machine, and one could enjoy their coffee while looking at the Manhattan skyline. The room seemed somewhat worn, but otherwise it was completely fine. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit loud and disruptive at night. The staff was friendly, and the elevators were super fast. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

Had a very nice stay here. Rooms are small but standard for NYC with enough room to not feel too closed in. Our room had a nice view from the 17th floor. We were close to the elevators but it didn’t really create too much noise, it was more the people waiting vs the elevators themselves. The location was amazing and why we selected this stay. It is ideal location close to Central Park, the theatre district and time square. We would definitely spend the night again. We booked via a 3rd party booking website so the not perfect room was a trade off for the great deal on the room. They also have construction going on at the moment so that is something to keep note of, it minimally effected us mostly being the one elevator bay to go up to the rooms.

Fantastic location! Room was very modern and clean. Staff is very helpful. Kind of weird finding the place to eat breakfast though. You have to take an elevator to the fourth floor and then walk around the corner and take an elevator to the third floor to get there. Other than that, breakfast was great.

I am leaving a review which I never do to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Courtyard Marriott Central Park over Valentine's Day. As a loyal Marriott Gold member, I had high expectations for this special occasion, but unfortunately, my experience fell short due to several issues. 1. Room Mix-Up and Inconvenience: Upon check-in, my husband had arranged for a room decoration to make our stay memorable. However, we were initially sent to the wrong room. After a long day of travel and checking in late at night, we were exhausted. Having to move all our luggage to another room was quite inconvenient. 2. Toilet Issue and Conflicting Information: In the second room, the toilet bowl cracked when my husband used it, despite him weighing only 175 lbs. We immediately informed the front desk, and maintenance assessed the situation, concluding that the damage was likely due to pre-existing wear and tear. We were assured multiple times, both by maintenance and at check-out, that we would not be charged for the incident. However, to our surprise, we were charged $382 for the toilet damage. When I contacted the manager on duty, I was informed that the charge was valid, and no record existed of the earlier assurances. We were advised to email the property manager, Roberto, but have yet to receive a response. 3. Lack of Communication and Resolution: The lack of communication and conflicting information has left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. As loyal Marriott customers who have consistently enjoyed your brand's hospitality, this experience was unexpected and disheartening.
