This review is based on a stay in April 2025. When checking in there was a sign on the desk apologizing in advance for the construction noise next door from 8am - 5pm. Nothing could have prepared me for the reality of what that noise would be like. The attached preview is a sample of what I heard in my room starting at exactly 8am and continuing all day. Thanks to a delayed flight, I didn't make it to my room til after 3am and the noise woke from a deep sleep at exactly 8. It was non-stop and earlier piercingly loud. Besides that, the hotel was fine. The room was ok. It was a decent size for NYC and clean but I didn't feel like property had any character overall. The Hyatt Globalist breakfast at the attached restaurant, Serafina, was good but there were no other Globalist benefits. This would havve been a 4* stay without the noise but until the construction is done, I recommend staying far away if you want to sleep past 8 or get any work done during the day.

Apr 02, 2025 · Dave WhittakerGreat hotel in a great location. The room is a good size for Mhttn hotel. Lots of mirrors. Room had a great view. The rooftop bar is lovely. Good outdoor space with amazing views. Try the lavender lady (?) cocktail. There is also a cute aquarium in the lobby.
Mar 25, 2025 · Jay T BlondekLocation was great, Rooms were far from it. Me and my coworkers stayed here while we were in the city for some business meetings. the first room we were is was AWFUL we went downstairs to request a room change and were moved. the next room was nice but in honesty? Not worth the price. I am based in Houston and for a room at almost $300 a night you get double the amount of cleanliness and amenities. There is no pool or hot tub, the parking is insane, and there is also no gym. the fact there are basically no amenities and they are charging what they are is appalling. We made the best of our stay the staff was extremely kind. My experience is not reflection of the staff at all, they were very sweet and professional. But the hotel needs to be completely redone. The construction outside made it impossible to sleep (we arrived at 2am to the hotel we got no sleep the first night due to it I let the front desk know and they moved us). My advice is spend some extra money somewhere with actual hotel amenities and who keep their room maitnences and not cheaping out on literal crumbling bed frames and excessive paint peeling cabinets. I attached photos usually I wouldn't care but for what they charge this isn't above motel 6
Mar 30, 2025 · Kate StinsonGreat location. Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Resort fee charged is for two water bottles that you need to pick up yourself at the front desk. Gym pass given is for a gym 15 min away. Hotel doesn't have amenities to enjoy.
Mar 29, 2025 · Jacqueline Del FaWe raved about this place! The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome and safe. They provided water bottles daily which we appreciated! The room was clean and had all the amenities. They happily provided us with extra towels. Location could not have been better! We will happily stay here again!
