Great boutique hotel near the Central Park. Amazing location and pretty nice ambiance. The lounge is a good addition especially during the cold weather. However during good weather the terrace is open and the views are astonishing. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but not too spacious.

Vanessa greeted us at reception and she was amazing! Pleasant, professional, fun to interact with and really kicked off our stay on a high note! The staff throughout the hotel and at the Terrace were all clearly happy, very professional and our pleasure was, without a doubt, their priority. Suite, food, and beverage were all amazing as well! We will be back and also highly recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Thanks so much for having us!

The hotel is in an amazing location. They are undergoing some renovation works and lifts took a while to come. The room was a pretty good size. A little tired to be honest but beds were comfy. There is a $50 per day per guest "resident fee" which covers breakfast and afternoon drinks/tea. I think the additional charge is really unnecessary and the breakfast options could have been a LOT better.

Made a last minute booking on Christmas Day to spend a few nights in the city after New Years. Booked a one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff were most helping , lounge access for breakfast and dinners were a great convenience. The security is a plus as you need your key card to access floor via the elevator and the lobby washrooms. Checkout was seamless . Hotel allowed us access to the lounge with temporary key cards as we had a late night flight. Made for a relaxing few hours in comfort .

My mom, sister and I had stayed here for three years and decided to try a different hotel this year. Bad mistake. We checked out as soon as we checked in because it was run down and had a bad odor. We were homeless in NYC! We decided to walk down to the WestHouse to see if we could get lucky. We walked into the WestHouse with no reservation and were greeted by Nick like we were family! He remembered us immediately! We told him about our situation and, despite being "full", Nick managed to squeeze us in for 5 nights!!! We were in our room unpacking and there was a knock on the door. It was the manager, Paige, with a bottle of champagne and 3 boxes of chocolates!!! We will never try to stay anywhere else again!!! WestHouse and all of the staff are amazing. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome!!!
