What a beautiful hotel! We came in the beginning of spring, the weather was cool, no AC required. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, rooms were very clean. We were able to stay on the 60th floor, which was quite a splurge for us, but 100% worth it for a NYC experience. I don't know if parking is available, but one can walk everywhere easily.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a beautiful corner room. Upon request, we received a hot plate, and the kitchen was already equipped with the essentials. At breakfast, disposable tableware was used, which took some getting used to. However, we later found it to be more hygienic since many items were individually packaged. The buffet offered a great variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. A special highlight was the consistently friendly and attentive staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back - especially if we can get the same room again ;) Thank you for the wonderful time! :)

I can't even describe how perfect was our stay! Amazing breakfast with many choices, breathtaking view from our room, super friendly, helpful and kind staff! Everything was great! Also very close to subway station and really close to walk to times square and central park. Tip! If you need to check your luggage you can ask if you can go and use the scale at the gym!

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to various theatres, Central Park, CBS Broadcast Center, Times Square, etc. Clean room. Pillows were not comfortable, the bed was somewhat comfortable, showerhead was leaking, but we still had decent water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice to have feature, decent hot breakfast. The view from our room on the 63rd floor was stunning!

Hotel with a good location. Beautiful view from or room at the 62nd floor. Unfortunately during our stay one of my night clothes disappeared, we supposed thrown by mistake by housekeeping. The day after it was a bag with 100$ of souvenirs that disappeared… We informed the front desk and the manager about the situation, we wanted a discount for us to buy again the souvenirs before going back to France. Instead : « We´ll investigate and we’ll send you an email »… Let’s just say housekeeping of this hotel made me loose 120$ and everyone there didn’t care
