LOOK NO FURTHER - BOOK HERE! The facility was clean and beautiful and we especially enjoyed our own private patio (that every room had!). The only thing that we didn’t care for was the parking. We felt it was not conducive to the needs of the hotel (and it was up a lot of steep hills, which got me at first). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean! The elevators were very fast and easy to call them to a specific floor. Even with a lot of people in the hotel the first night, we still felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Breakfast was very good, complete with a lot of choices!

Jun 18, 2025 · Andrew PughThe room was very clean compared to most. We absolutely loved the beds. The pillows and bedding/ comforter was very comfortable. I am one of those people who doesn't like to sleep on hotel stuff so I being my own blanket and pillows. I can say this is the first time I didn't use my own stuff. I enjoyed walking into our room and see how clean and polished everything was. The toilet was kinda gross though. The top on the toilet tank wansnt wiped there was a light red stain and hair/debree. Also tons of pee at the back of the toilet where the 2 flaps are for the screws. This hotel is very beautiful and I also enjoyed the lounge area, it was very relaxing. I did the breakfastbar and everything was so good! I did not like that the floors were not very clean that's pretty gross. There was quite a bit of left over long woman hair on the floors and I didn't feel comfortable enough to walk around bare foot. Glad I brought slippers! The hard flooring needs a good scrubbing!! The towels had some lint/debree suck on them Also wish there was a hand towel rack hanging by the sink.
Apr 11, 2025 · Crystal KurzatkowskiTerrible customer service. What's the point of staying at a Hilton or having status if you have to deal with this? I spoke to Amanda I believe it was, the front desk manager on 6/11/2025 at They gave me the runaround and made me call some call center so they could "approve" my reservation change. I wasted half my morning on this and apparently she could have done it on her end at any time, per the call center which I finally got ahold of. Then I got back on the phone with Amanda. Apparently at any time she could have cancelled on her end and waived the fee in all of five seconds because that's what she did. When I pointed out how frustrating this was, she gave me more runaround. I really think she has no idea what she's talking about and you need to train your staff. Super weird that they made me waste an hour calling the call center. I've never had any sort of problem with this at any other Hilton, Marriott, Choice, IHG, etc. Never once had someone do this. I've always had it be super easy "Yes, we can take care of that, sure, just rebook as normal." Done. Not wasting an hour of my time to talk to a call center who tells me they actually have no idea what the hotel is talking about and it's all up to the hotel. At a nice hotel things are supposed to go smoothly and this kind of thing affects how we view the hotel and the area.
Jun 11, 2025 · Jacob FranklinStayed there for my first time over Memorial Day weekend and just had a great time! Amazing location and views. The food provided for our group was delicious and plentiful. Ronnie at the front desk was just a super pleasant person to talk with. I had a question after we got home and called and spoke with Angel in customer relations and she was able to resolve my question very quickly. I can’t wait for the next visit!
May 27, 2025 · Jennie RameyWe spent 4 days and 3 nights here over Memorial Day weekend. There were multiple sports tournament families staying at the hotel, holiday weekend craziness, and people in town for the Gaither Family Convention all staying in the hotel. Despite all the people, our stay was amazing. The rooms are quiet, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was amazing! From the front desk to the phenomenal guys working the omelet station everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall wonderful. The view from the hotel is beyond description, and the res line trolley makes frequent stops at the hotel allowing you to park and then take the trolley to town.
