Wonderful experience at the Westin New Orleans hotel. From the moment we arrived, until we checked out, the experience was great. Checkin went quickly and had great customer service. The hotel lobby is beautiful, smelled divine and had stunning views. Arriving to the room was pleasant as it was cool, spacious and clean. The bedding had quality linens and so comfortable. We did order room service and that was good as well, food was hot and fresh and came relatively quick. Having access to close shopping, coffee shops, and canal street was also a plus. I really enjoyed this hotel; the location and the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience Westin.

Apr 27, 2025 · Trisha SinghStayed for two days for business and was very happy with the Westin. Hotel is very welcoming, decor is modern and sophisticated. Staff were also friendly and polite. I had a room with river view and glad I made the upgrade. You can have the curtains fully open as you are not overlooked by anyone, and then wake up to the sunrise over the Mississipi River. Room was well appointed, clean and a good size. One improvement for me would be more choice of pillows; i found them all too bulky and hard for my liking. Would definitely consider visiting again if in the area.
May 27, 2025 · Justin LewisThis was a nice hotel and the location was convenient. The shower door could use a handle in the inside, very weird to open it. My only problem was valet. We waited at least 12 minutes for our truck. I’ve watch the valet walk to go get our vehicle but it was taking a while so I thought that they had other people before us but I was so wrong. My husband said maybe he had to go around the block but I was like no there is the truck he is just now pulling out of the parking lot. Which it had to be parked in the parking lot down the street because of its size I am assuming. Little did we know the valet attendant had ruffled through our belongings inside the console and stole a brand new bottle of cologne which cost over $200.00, I called to make a compliant, knowing I wasn’t going to get it back but it was just to let them know. However never got a phone call back but a email 2 days later stating they wasn’t responsible. I paid for valet and tipped each time the vehicle was bought to us only to steal and no accountability. No apology at all. I WILL NEVER stay there again

The hotel itself is very nice and we were very much well taken care of from the moment we parked and let valet take the car. The rooms need their doors fixed. They get stuck frequently (confirmed by the front desk). But what really contributed to this rating was the fact that we had to ask about 5+ times to get our room serviced. This was over the course of 2 days. On the first full day they didn’t clean, we got back to get ready for dinner and I asked for fresh towels because we did not have time to wait as we had a reservation. I think she may have been a supervisor, but after a certain point she stopped speaking to me and proceeded to primarily speak to the employee in Spanish not knowing that I speak it as well. The employee speaks fluent English as I had spoken with her earlier so I still do not understand why the supervisor kept speaking to her in Spanish. I made sure to politely interrupt and respond so as to make both ladies aware that I could still understand. At which point they switched back to English. That is very ignorant behavior seeing how looks do not dictate whether or not a person speaks a language.
