Me and my husband stayed over this labor day weekend and had a great time. First off they called to tell us our room was ready around 12 but they told us it was a bottom floor when he asked for a top floor months in advance so the person on the phone was nice enough to fix that problem for us. We had a two bed queen room with a balcony facing the court yard. Overall the room was really large for the price we paid, the beds were comfortable and they supplied many pillows. They do have old school beach chairs for you to use for free in your room which was nice. The court yard upstairs room is your best bet here, this way you don't have people wandering outside your room downstairs and you have a great view of the live music the restaurant has next door! We got to see some entertainment the first night and they were great! Music ended by 8pm and then the beach bar was open until about 9:30 and they played music until about 9pm. There is only a mini fridge in your room BUT if you go down to the cafe they have they will microwave anything for you for free! The cafe had a decent menu with decently cheap prices. We did not use the pool but it does seem smaller in person but we did go and use the beach both days. Really nice clean beach, decent amount of room for people at high and low tide. I had never seen so many horse shoe crabs though in my life, some dead and some alive. Parking wise if your in the building we were in which was rom 59, you don't park in front of your room, you can park in a spot and unload your car but you park around the corner in a designated spot with your room number on the ground. The spots by your building are for the restaurant guests. Overall we had a great experience and will be back next year!

Sep 03, 2024 · ELOCIN RUZAMVery generous and courteous staff. I had booked a stay for 3 nights but had to cancel on short notice. Mike was kind enough to refund the cancellation fee. I did have a chance to go and visit the property and dined in the Ocean House restaurant adjacent to it. Really beautiful place and ambience with great service. I would highly recommend.
Aug 13, 2024 · Ishrak KhairEnd of September visit. Beautiful view of ocean, courtyard is very nice. Rooms need alot attention, no coffee maker in room and only one thermos of coffee (which was old & cold) at front desk. Lobby should have fresh coffee & tea station at all times- not just one thermos of cold and old coffee, this was very disappointing since I had to drive a few miles just to get a coffee. Water pressure in shower was horrible and VERY slow sink drain. Door to room looks like there was a fire and door was melted and painted peeling and did not close properly. My suggestion would be that they invest some money and do a few small upgrades to rooms.
Sep 30, 2024 · Candie NiemannCleaning staff did a great job daily with our room. Their beach is a great place to relax and read. The musical entertainment was very good. We have been coming here for several years.
Aug 04, 2024 · Bob ColucciPaid high end resort prices for a room in the middle of absolute chaos… I have been coming to the three seasons for many years now. The prices have gotten higher which was to be expected however the experience that I had at my most recent stay, spending almost $500/night made me infuriated about what I paid to stay there with my young children. Before my stay there was a note sent on my reservation that the courtyard was not available for recreational purposes as it is used for cocktail hour which is great, as that is what it should be used for. While I was there, there was a very large group of families continually playing wiffle ball outside of my room, hitting balls at our sliding doors while my child was napping, making it so we were unable to sit out in our chairs without getting balls thrown at us. Other families were occupying our private walkout area and chairs. I said something to the large party a few times but they did not change their behavior, they continued to play a large wiffle ball game nearly all day and all night for 2 days of my stay. I was not able to sit outside the room with my family or let my 2 year old child run around as there were older kids swinging bats and hitting balls. I said something to the person at the desk at the time since the large family was just disrespectful and entitled and wouldn’t adjust their behavior. When I told the front desk, she said, “what do you want me to do about it?” Someone should be monitoring this type of play and behavior in the courtyard as it clearly specifies that this area is a cocktail area, not for recreational play. I am extremely upset with the price I paid to come here to feel like our own personal room area was taken over by other disrespectful guests and nothing was done to enforce the absolute chaos that took place in the courtyard. While the resort can’t control whether guests are rude and entitled, they can enforce the rules to make sure other guests experiences aren’t compromised by this chaos. In the future I will not stay here and wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone else as the experience was extremely frustrating.
