We stayed here for over a month while asbestos was being removed from our home. From the beginning, Daren accommodated our specific needs for our family of 5 adults. The cleaning staff were wonderful. James in maintenance was always ready to serve with a smile. Betty's friendly greetings at breakfast were encouraging. Thanks to all the staff I have not mentioned. They made our stay as close to home as possible.

Jun 11, 2025 · Kellie BakerCancelled our reservation on March 15th without informing me. Charged us a cancellation fee. Said they could not find my phone number. Rudest service ever. We were able to rebook for one of the two days. It was a disgusting hotel. Dirty. Terrible service. I felt dirty after my shower. The water was cold. I cannot believe how terrible this place is. It should lose its Marriott flag.
Apr 20, 2025 · Rocky JawhariThe rooms are nice but don't leave anything remotely valuable in your room. The cleaning crew will go through your room and your stuff regardless of if you have the do not disturb sign hanging on your door.
Apr 29, 2025 · JosephRoom 414 is horrible ...poor management.. Besides the receptionist at the front desk giving me suggestions on restaurants nearby to try. My stay was horrible. When i walked into the lobby to check in. There were people in the lobby playing a video game on the tv in the lobby using profanity as well. When we entered the room it was decent. The tv in one of the bedrooms were to dim to watch. The refrigerator doesn't work. After going out with the family to enjoy some festivities and returning back to the room. We were unable to shower because the shower was broken. The faucet for the tub was missing. They literally had a pipe that was sticking out over the tub. I called down to the front desk to tell them what was going on and got no answer. So i go down stairs to the front desk and the receptionist is walking around in the lobby talking on her cellphone. I told her the issue I was having with the shower and was told there wasn't another 2 room suit available. So she gave me a opinion of getting two rooms that were side by side downstairs. Or she could give me a key to a room that's on the same floor and we can use the room to shower. Since I didn't want to split my family up I chose to just use the room on the same floor to shower in. After a hour of waiting to get access to the room to take a shower. Come to find out it was a room someone was staying in but they were moved to another room for whatever reason. After we finally laid down the pillows in one of the rooms had a sour smell to it so we had to swap pillows that was in the other room. Finally after going through all of that we were off to bed. Around 12:30am we was awaken to loud music being played in the parking lot coming from a vehicle that was parked at the front door of the lobby. The music played for about 20 minutes. I called down to the front desk and got no answer. So I decided to go to the front desk myself and what do you know. The receptionist is nowhere to be found. So I go back to the room and at this point I'm really upset. So the next morning at checkout i asked for a manager and was told one wasn't there and one will be available the next day between 7-3. So i called the manager the next day telling her about all the issues I had and she was pretty much like ok what do you want me to do about it. So I'm like you don't see anything wrong with what I had to deal with while staying at your hotel. And she was like what do you want me to do sir I said give me a refund or a partial refund or something. Her reply was i can't do that because you booked through a third party. So I was like do you have a gift card or somewhat and she said no. So at this point I'm like you know what have a nice day.
