This is by far the worst place ever! The furniture is burned and damaged with a towel to hide the damage, the exterior door wouldn’t seal closed leaving a draft (in the winter), the window had duct tape on it, the TV was broken - the one channel on the TV was disrupted by the lines in the screen, it smells like old smoke, and WORST of all was the staff. One lady was super friendly and helpful. The others were rude and patronizing at best. Everything they portray online is false! Run, don’t walk away from this place. There are too many other places to choose from!!! (Photos attached)

Dec 10, 2024 · Jennifer TuckerLeft my bracelet in the room and called them to retrieve it for me and said they cannot find it within 20 mins of checking out , but it was there! I saw it and they said it’s not in the room. I know I left it there, my item was stolen by the staff.
Mar 09, 2025 · Angela KA Big No to this place They asking $25 for per hour if you do early check in, when i got the room , room doesn’t have light , they only set one tiny lamp … Room was freaking smelly .. i immediately went down to ask another room…she said All rooms are same … well i took another one and spray the room… the basic thing … Bed was making so noise Form my side i never gonna choose this place Parking place is so small

In the end, after lomg time talking and showing here all the documentation that the travel agency had provided us, she finally allowed us to check in.

O.We have a very bad night when we back to the hotel on Sunday night.First,the door can’t open because the lock was something wrong with it,we kept waiting outside,it took 10 minutes to go inside the room.Second,the room is so dark,they only have one lamp in the corner,it feels very depressed.Third,when we were ready to take a shower,there is no hot water,only cold cold water,so I went to the front desk,he said he couldn’t do anything about it.Forth,there is no heat in the room,it’s cold,so we stayed there for a very cold night。Fifth,the sound insulation is very poor,we were wake up in the early morning .I will never never go there again in the future,and I will not introduce my friends go there.It’s very bad experience.
