Our flight got canceled last minute, we had to booked a hotel last minute as well, we are so glad we chose you! Best beds! Super clean! Good shower head! Breakfast was amazing the server was all by himself but he was super fast and efficient, I hope he gets a huge bonus! Over all definitely recommend! Free shuttle too! They were also amazing! Fast and efficient!

Honestly the worst experiences at a hotel. After having to reschedule an early flight, we looked online for a nearby hotel. We went with the La Quinta close by to make it to our early flight the next day (will not even be in the room for 24 hours). The front desk Associate wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly or helpful (AT ALL). We let her know of our situation and asked if the room was available. She looked and definitely had many rooms of what we booked available. We asked if we can get in and she said we would have to pay an early check-in fee of $50.00. This is half of what we paid for the room. We were also unable to cancel the reservation. She did let us sit in the lobby while we waited. After the 11:00AM people checked out, I overheard her give one group check in after getting in early the night before. So I went up and asked if there was anything we can do at this point. She said the $50.00 early check-in fee still applied, but if we waited until 1:00PM the cost would go down to $30.00. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Again, we will not be in the room for 24 hours. The corporate office really needs to hoan in on their Core Values. Shouldn't list "caring" if they are not willing to even listen. Integrity either, because charging people half the price of the room (THAT IS UNOCCUPIED) is not doing the right thing. Honestly, anyone who stays close to an airport is doing so for a reason. It would be nice to listen to those reasons and see how you can make the experience better not worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone from our experience.

Very clean place. From the entrance, to halls, to the elevator, to the room, it is a clean and tidy place that smells good. The room is great. Well kept and everything works as it should. The only 2 issues I have are 1, the staff could be a little more friendly, as that is what I've come to love about Wyndham properties; and 2. The bathroom is very small and hard to navigate. I found it odd that the towels are on a rack inside the shower, as well. See attached pictures.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had possibly my worst hotel experience last night. I had seven rooms booked under my name, for me to stay in one and six of my customers to stay in the additional rooms. I got checked in and immediately regretted my choice of hotel. Unfortunately, it was last minute and not much else was available. The hotel room is the weirdest set up - you can’t open or close the bathroom door when sitting on the toilet. You can’t get into the shower when the bathroom door is open. You also have a great view of yourself sitting on the toilet, as the mirror is positioned straight ahead, inside the closet. The television didn’t work, the Internet was spotty, the carpet was disgusting in the room. I stood in 3 inches of water my entire shower because the weird plug wouldn’t stay open for the water to drain. I go to bed, wake up in the morning to meet my customers in the lobby. At that time, I am informed that 2 of them did not arrive until almost 2 AM. At this point, 5 of us have already checked in and are fast asleep. The people who arrived at 2am happen to be male and female coworkers (VP of OPs and his assistant). Upon check-in, they were told that only one more room was available. They were told that it was a king room. They asked if they could at least have two doubles and to my surprise, there were 2 doubles available. So if they were in a king originally and were able to switch to two doubles, how was there only one room available? When I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning, they seemed unfazed by this news. He then proceeded to print me out seven receipts showing that payment had only been fully charged through for 6 of the rooms and one of them had a zero balance because it was unoccupied. Even though I have an email showing that my card was charged for a total of 7 rooms. So was my customer lied to and there were actually two rooms available? Or was the room given to someone else? Either way, there were no apologies or anything given by the hotel. They simply didn’t care.

We stayed in this hotel twice; after landing from the UK and before departure. It was well priced and had a free shuttle service from the airport. The rooms were large and clean. There was a large bar in the lobby and plenty of seating. The breakfast was good and there was free tea and coffee in the lobby. Also a small shop with salads, drinks and biscuits for sale. Exactly everything you need after a long flight. Also within the same block was a good steak restaurant The Longhorn.
