This is terrible place to stay and spend your time having memories with your company here. First of all the park next to it has homeless people staying at night. It’s dangerous hanging out near here specially at night. Second. They don’t have place to park. There will be some employees driving costumes car all night on street finding free parking spot while smoking weed. The retro fitness next to it also makes lots of noise you can’t ignore. Starbucks and Burger King. If you looking for a nice quiet place to rest. This is not it. Don’t waste your money and time come to Rego park. All the pictures you saw online are from ten years ago and this is definitely fraud.

Nov 16, 2024 · run zhangI had booked rooms for next Thanksgiving weekend but unfortunately had to cancel yesterday due to my mother's cancer getting worse. The rooms I booked were non refundable and non cancellable which I was worried because I thought I'd lose out on any money spent and I wanted to comply with hotel policy. I called and explained the situation to the front desk employee who was extremely sympathetic and kind as I was currently dealing with an incredibly difficult time in my life and was stressed out and emotional. She listened to me and allowed me to explain my situation to the hotel manager. The manager was also very accommodating and undertanding after I explained. They were able to help me cancel my reservation without any charges or penalties. I really am thankful at how good the staff customer service is and how they care about their customers. I would definitely book with this hotel again and hopefully in better times, I will get a chance to stay a night and enjoy what they have to offer. (PS please give this front desk employee a raise or promotion! She was incredible 😊)
Nov 16, 2023 · Tammy LinI'll start the review by saying that the rooms were clean, and the night clerk pleasant. That said? the only reason I can think that anyone would willingly stay in this hotel is because they had a need to be near the Queens Center Mall. There were several issues during my stay - key cards needed to be re-coded 5X in 2 days, the bar "didn't have a way to make hot water" to fix hot tea, but, "Starbucks is right around the corner!". Someone had spilled something in the elevator, but, the night desk clerk said "No maintenance is here 'til the morning to clean it up" - so we stuck to the floor walking out of the elevator. Back to the bar - you can't charge drinks to your room, they had gin, but, no tonic, and no, you can't take a wineglass to the room, but, we can pour it in to plastic for you! The entrance is in an alley, and there is no "check-in parking". For over $200 a night, even in New York, I expected a lot better than what was delivered.
Nov 28, 2023 · Ray K (Ray)This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Apparently they are closing soon to make a shelter and they have stopped caring for their paying customers. No room service or cafe available as the hotel is under construction. Had to switch rooms as the first room given to me smelled like a smoker's lounge. The second room's TV didn't work and the WIFI wasn't working either. If it wasn't for Jeremy (Front desk) trying to help, I would have walked out last night. Then this morning I was woken up at 5:45am with construction across the hall from me. Again, worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Feb 28, 2024 · ELY POLANCOThis place is nothing like the pictures! When you open the backdoor of the hotel you are literally in a Burger King drive thru. The beds are super old and squeaky. I was even upgraded to a balcony room which is one large balcony shared by about 8 other rooms with no barrier (meaning someone staying next door could walk over and look through my window). I'm a camper and global nomad, and in no way high maintenance, but this hotel should not be advertising photos that are clearly from a different decade. All of that being said, the lady at the front was lovely and totally understood when I decided to stay elsewhere.
