Mar 20, 2025 · Eddy LeroyStayed here while attending to the 2016 US Open. If you understand the price point you are paying going in, you should set your expectations realistically. We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms - although small, they were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern enough and clean. The only thing we did in the hotel was sleep and eat breakfast, which is the usual continental food (plus waffle maker). A/C worked great, and the hotel staff was very pleasant. There are about 10 parking spaces behind the building, which we used to park free for labor day weekend. Overall the hotel provided exactly what we needed -- free parking, reasonable prices and somewhere close to the 7 train.
Jan 12, 2023 · VAIBHAV PATILOkay I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was cheap and not as good as I expected. I also spent my night with several ants. I found one the first time and then 2 more the next. They even changed the sheets and there was still ants crawling on the pillows/bed. Also there no food stores close by. You have to walk at-least 5 long blocks to get anything. There's hardly any bank. The Place is sort of isolated so bring a metro-card.

Rooms were clean and not that small (its enough place for a few days). Staff was nice and helpful. Furniture has seen better days, but its okay. I think the bathrooms got renovated a few years ago, they seemed very new. Bathroom was also very clean and we got new towels and shampoo every day. The breakfast Room is quite small, but you will find a seat. There were bagels, toast, peanutbutter, jam, Butter, waffles and syrup. Waffles were really good, breakfast was okay all in all (for the price), but a little boring. Sometimes it was really loud while breakfast, because securitystaff were taking their breaks here. There is a busstop Next to the Hotel which brings you to the Metro (Metro is ca 15 minutes walk away). With Metro, it takes ca. 30 minutes to Manhattan. There are two shoppingmalls near the Hotel, One of them has a target which is very convenient. Our keycard didn't work, we had to change it every day. It was a lot better Experience than I expected, but Next Time I will book a Hotel near to Manhattan.

Breakfast was sort of dry lots of bagels and breads not much of a variety the "kitchen security lady" had a very nasty attitude and was Very very rude the juice machine was empty 2 of the 3 days we were there
