My family is currently 3 days into our 15 night stay and are extremely happy with our decision to stay at this location while our apartment is under construction. We have the King suite. The room is a nice size, small fridge, microwave, and coffee service in the rooms. The room is clean and quiet and the staff especially at the front desk have been so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Anything we have asked for has been addressed immediately. We needed a plug for the tub, extra garbage bags, another key printed and was pleasantly surprised with the quick and friendly service. There is no laundry service but when we inquired about it, without asking the woman at the front desk told us where the closest laundry mat was. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also a great touch to our stay, our toddler very much approves of the waffle making station. If anyone from the Hotel sees this thank you for making this a nice, stress free accomodation we appreciate it so much!

Mar 10, 2025 · Y KGood hotel for a night’s rest. This hotel is easily accessible from the highway and a short drive to Manhattan. They have a free parking lot that feels pretty secure and well lit. The employee checking us in had good customer service. The room was good but could have been a little cleaner. The beds were really comfortable. We left early but they did let us know they had complimentary breakfast.

Management sucks, they are the worst, especially the one who is in charge her name is FRAN. SHE WAS DISRESPECTFUL, AND I BELIEVE SHE IS A RACIST every time I try to talk to her, she cuts me off. stares at us. The other manager doesn't know anything. And the best people are the overnight staff. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It is the worst experience anyone could have. You will feel like your stay is not pleasant.
