We had a really great stay. The streets around the hotel block could see improvement over time, but that didn’t directly affect us in any way. There is easy access to and from, it’s close to the airport and to the main attractions right over the bridge, everyone was super friendly, and all things directly related to the hotel were great! We appreciate Freddy and all front desk staff as well! We had a small issue with a window in our original room, and we were kindly and quickly transferred into a better room with city views by the young man covering night shift (we checked in very late at night). Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Nov 18, 2024 · Mariela GarciaWe stayed here when we came to New York. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area, so there weren't many restaurants or stores nearby. It was fairly easy to stop though. Most places were about a 15-20 walk, including the closest subway stations. It wasn't too bad if you were planning to be away for the whole day but hard if you wanted to return. It was also quite difficult to get to and from the subway with luggage. They do have parking spaces so it's probably good if you have your own vehicle. The rooms and amenities were good. There is also a free breakfast which changes daily, similar to the other IGH hotels. The Wifi across the building wasn't bad. There was also a gym on the first floor. There was only set of elevators so that was the rate-limiting step, particularly if you are trying to get to and from the breakfast area. The place was cheaper than other places but it's up to you to decide if the cost outweighs the hindrances.

Mar 24, 2025 · Jaime BarreraView of NY Skyline from room is spectacular! The hotel is about 30 minutes from Manhattan with traffic. It's a no frills experience. The room was clean but minimally appointed. No full closet or desk. Bed was comfy. Towels were really rough. The hotel is new, but the lobby has a dank smell like sewage. We wanted to ride the subway, but the neighborhood felt too isolated and a little unsafe to walk through, especially at night. However, we totally felt safe being picked up/dropped off by Uber or Lyft.
Jan 02, 2025 · Kai LoveBrand new hotel that is clean and has nice rooms. Very impressed by room quality. Service was consistently above and beyond. The only drawback is the area surrounding is sketchy at night, so walking around the area is not advised at that time. However, I am very satisfied with this hotel and would easily stay here again if the situation comes up. Phenomenal service.
