Wow. We lucked out finding this hotel. It’s very close to trains - made it easy to get where we needed. We were able to park in the lot within the same building conveniently. (Also a very clean garage). We were greeted by Dianna and Lorey - they made us feel so welcome and even were able to check us in earlier than anticipated!! Our room was on the smaller side, but it was exactly what we needed. Room was sparkling clean and had a really cool view. The service staff even checked that we had everything we needed as we passed them in the hallway. My only complaint, and it’s not even a big deal, was the elevator. Just a little congested, but definitely not a deal breaker by any means. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Feb 16, 2025 · Jackie AshDO NOT STAY HERE: DRAINING ISSUES AND MOLD/ MILDEW SMELL!!!! I should’ve know from the D rating however, VERY SMALL BATH ROOMS without proper draining. PIPES BURSTING on the 6th floor and they placed me on the opposite side. NOT MARRIOTT STANDARDS This hotel should be closed down immediately. I’m not used to filth or foul orders. Let me also highlight how your poorly trained employees are 1st. It’s funny how I see great review of “nana” however I am LGBTQ & he treated me with a very aggressive attitude(maybe just maybe he didn’t like my personal style of dressing/ being LGBTQ).. 2nd The lackadaisical style of night management who sat there and watched everything. Which then I understood why the staff doesn’t care, because the managers don’t. The lack of accountability and sympathy for what occurred is baffling. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Dianna was great upon checking in even gave me food recommendations nearby. So this 1 star is for her.
Mar 04, 2025 · Kristina10 out of 10 service. Dianna was absolutely amazing. From the day I arrived to the day I left, the staff treated me with care and appreciation. The room was spacious and extremely clean. I stay at hotels often and this by far is top on the list! You can tell the staff has wonderful training and stays consistent with the hospitality. Front desk agent Nana was wonderful and kind too! Can’t wait to stay again when in the NYC area!
Feb 13, 2025 · Mani Myers**Edited due to the useless reply by the hotel* Stay was fine, a bit expensive for the area. Near two subways, neither of which have a working elevator so beware if you have luggage. Room needed a better clean and the Keureg hadn't been cleaned and there was a capsule still inside - yuck. The amount of loose wires under the desk was awful and the tv wouldn't work so staff had to come and unplug and replug everything, also blaming that on the cleaners. I still would have rated 4 stars for staff and comfort until they charged me for "free" wifi. They also have no email or 1-800 for customer service so if you want to talk to this hotel and you are long distance, you have to pay. That wifi charge felt like a scam and I've seen other reviews about it. They are going to tell me I chose a premium plan or something which I did not because I had lots of data on my phone to use. I've never ever had that issue at any other hotel, including a Courtyard. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.
Mar 12, 2025 · Jana EliasLocation- close to city via several subways (easy to get to) and plenty of food options within walking distance. Staff- my favorite part! Dianna and Lisa are both accommodating and helpful. and Corinne over at the Starbucks in the AM will welcome you with a warm smile each morning. Thinking about staying there? Do it.
