STAY HERE if visiting NY! First time staying and the location was fantastic, subway to NW one block away. Close to food options within walking distance. We had a view from the 4th floor so not the best but still nice for the price. I forgot to get a picture, but have attached a video from the 7th floor which is a little outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a drink and take in the views. You are able to get packages from delivery like Amazon if needed for longer stays the front desk is very nice and helpful, GREAT breakfast that's FREE, big room options with full fridge and dishes if needed, pull out couch option housekeeping was also available daily to spruce the room up which felt like an added benefit and there's the option to go to the gym or wash clothes if necessary. I'll probably never stay anywhere else again when visiting unless something major happens to this hotel. The only negative is the queen size bed is a smaller size queen, not a standard queen we are used to. Overall a GREAT experience, so thankful to have found this place! 👏🏼 Also, they will hold your luggage for $10 a piece if you have to check out and have a flight later in the day.

Nice hotel and good location. Came as a family so need hotel room with a sitting area. Room was decently cleaned, did have some stick residue on the floor. But overall it was clean. Nice size compared to other NYC hotel. Located very close to the subway which made it super easy getting to Manhattan. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed it. Felt safe. There are some eatery's around the hotel. We went to the coffee shop across the street which was nice. Hotel is close to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Good for the price!! If I come back I definitely would consider staying here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is a lovely place with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From the complimentary breakfast to the convenient location, everything contributed to a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for anyone looking for a great stay. I can’t wait to return!

The rooms were very clean and spacious you have a studio apartment you have a couch a desk area for your work as well as a dishwasher in the unit. The staff went above and beyond really nice people breakfast good considering it was free... Subway with one block away I recommend it highly.

We booked this hotel based on the fact that it was close to Manhattan and included breakfast for our family to have before heading out to the city. The first day we went down at 9am and the breakfast was great. The second day we went down at 9:30 and there was nothing but toast, waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. The third day we went down at 9am and there were a couple of bagels and maybe four apples and three bananas. The last day of our trip we went down at 8:30 and there were only boiled eggs and bagels. If you’re looking for a wholesome continental breakfast this is far from it. I asked the restaurant workers about getting other options or even paying extra to have things that we could actually eat (as I am diabetic and my wife has several health issues that prevents her from eating heavy carbs and starches). One of them said they would check and never came back and the other said that they had to have everything cleaned up and out by 10am per the hotel. I’ve been a loyal customer with Hilton for nearly two decades but this hotel is one of the worst that I’ve stayed in. When we checked into our room there was a pair of men’s boxers wedged under the sofa and the toilet started to back up and overflow on our third day of being there. Every time I’d bring up issues with the front desk, they seemed uninterested in helping or even trying to accommodate. The hotel is in a somewhat sketchy part of town with panhandlers on both streets that run alongside the hotel. We couldn’t even walk to or from the subway without being solicited. We won’t be staying at this location again and we visit NYC at least once a year. The view from the room wasn’t bad and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. And there are a couple of bodegas close by to grab drinks or snacks during your stay.
