Amazingly beautiful hotel. Incredibly helpful staff. The thing that really stood out was how big the rooms are. It was perfect for working from my room, I had all the space i needed to work from there. Also the artistic decoration is top notch. Not that walkable to things to do in Brooklyn but this would make a great space for a company off site. Although not close to much, it’s a quiet and seemingly safe area. Also I want to put a big plug for the kind, friendly helpful staff. They repeatedly went above and beyond. I left my passport at the desk and the person working brought it up to my room.

I thought the staff was exceptional. So nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Our room was huge. plenty of closet space all amenities you could need. Coffee tea and bottled water free with fridge in room. bed comfortable. heat easy to set. balcony was large but we did not use as it is winter. my only complaint is the bathroom was cold. common areas if you come with a group to congregate. getting into Manhattan took some time on subway. I thought shopping around Brooklyn was great with fun boutique stores.

Common spaces were warm and inviting. The gym and sauna were great. The staff was kind and helpful. Location was solid. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself is eclectic, unique, and absolutely charming with colorful art at every turn and even in our room. Our room was sparkling clean. The view of NYC from our room was a sight to enjoy, and we cannot wait to come back to the Henry Norman Hotel again. What a treat!.
