I stayed here a few weeks ago and I was very happy with both the service and accommodations. I arrived early from the airport and, Charlene, at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She got me in my room a few hours early because I needed to get ready for a show I was doing that night. While I was waiting for my room I checked out the gym downstairs. It was clean and had a lot of equipment. Their coffee bar was fully stocked and the lobby was very comfortable. I even got upgraded to a guide and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was! I travel to New York for wok a lot and I will definitely be back!

Feb 12, 2025 · Tavia RomanWe stayed for three nights after our cruise. From the Receptionist to the Breakfast and room service attendants we were treated very well. The rooms are spacious, and very clean. There were plenty clean linen also. Breakfast was very good, and we had a good selection to eat. Location was wonderful. If you are looking to shop in New York, the bus Q60 is very convenient to catch, and it takes you to Queens Mall as well as Macy's. Over all this is a good place to stay with family and children and very convenient to many shops as well. The staff are super and Well Done! to the management and staff for making our stay enjoyable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the amenities like fridge, microwave, and the breakfast made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We checked in at 8pm, and got stuck on the C level, the same level as the fitness center and laundry, partially underground. There was a strong smell of dryers and laundry throughout the C floor, which was unpleasant. Also, our windows had a view of the sidewalk and peoples feet with bars. Other than the smell, I would have given five stars. Service was great, very clean. Didn't bother with the breakfast, there's great cafes a ten minute walk north.
