The room was good but not perfect. Nonetheless we had an amazing view from 6th floor and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is very well located close to many public transport options. We loved our stay and would come back one day. Thanks.

I wanted to book a room for my parents and siblings, a Indian unskilled receptionist that can’t speak English properly him and manager cancelled the appointment without explanation he said his manager said no room for you who can barely speak English, his manager and himself was both reported for racial discrimination against 2 disabled persons. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Please try holiday inn express the hallway smells like urine and vomit and curry. Would give it a 0

When I first arrived at Hotel Elmhurst , the reception area and the number of people around made me feel a bit uneasy. It didn’t seem like the safest or most welcoming environment. However, once I got to my room, things improved – the room itself was fairly decent, clean, and comfortable. One of my main issues was with the shower. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working properly, which caused a lot of inconvenience during my stay. Another drawback was the lack of a proper closet. What they had felt more like a storage space than a closet, so hanging clothes wasn’t really an option. The biggest downside was the noise. Being close to the metro station meant I could hear trains throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s claim of “noise-proof rooms” didn’t hold up in my experience, so if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the best option. On the plus side, the location was very convenient for transportation. The metro and Uber were easily accessible, and plenty of stores and restaurants were nearby. Overall, while the rooms were comfortable and location convenient, the noise, lack of proper closet space, and crowded lobby made my stay less enjoyable. I’d recommend it only for those who need quick access to public transit and aren’t sensitive to noise.

Evidence of bed bugs, pubic hair on the sheets, the room reeked of cologne, and it looked like the bathroom sink was not cleaned after the last guest. I booked a new hotel immediately after inspecting the hotel room, and they refused to give me a refund.

I recently stayed here in December. I liked it the view was so pretty at night, no one bothered us and staff was nice. The train wasn’t super loud I actually enjoyed it.
