I did call n respectfully n politely voice my dissatisfion since they aren't transparent about that ..no cancellation are accepted in May n June ( which I think that was clear ) So I wasnt able to stay in room n wasted $115.00 this time .perhaps I'll try again when I'm in a better place with the debit card hold policy.many other hotels only do $100 hold and are transparent about it

We spent a night in a 1-bed 1-bath suite that was beautifully furnished with a range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washer & dryer -everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - just 2 blocks to UPenn and a few more to Drexel University, making it perfect for long-term student housing, short-term campus visits or hospital stays. The $40 valet parking was fully automated, adding convenience to our trip. The suite was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff provided top-notch service and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend 4211 Suites for anyone visiting Philly. We'll definitely stay here again!

Parking is convenient $40 daily valet included, not expensive compared to other parking places. Suites are new and have everything you need. We definitely considered this our home while our 2 weeks of stay. If we go back to Philly we will stay there for sure.
